★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived we were greeted with smiles, and the staff was gracious and helpful. When they didn’t have what we were looking for (Batman costume for a 5yr old), the woman called their warehouse which is in the process of moving into a new building. She then made arrangements for us to see the inventory in the new location (even though it was not open yet), and walked us over personally. We left with several different costumes as a result of the staff working so hard for us, and will definitely be coming back to this store for years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought 100$ worth of make up!!! I would give less only for the customer service. Poor oversight, no smiles when you walk in, be prepared to feel like you are disturbing the clerks if you dare to ask for anything. Great selection of make up but some of them contain peanut oil as an ingredient, only because I read it, clerks should be aware. Poor selection of costumes. It was my first time at this store and I am not sure I will ever go back. Went there on a Wednesday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way way overpriced, mediocre customer service and bad store policies (all sale is final and no refunds are accepted). I bought a paintbrush and a small quantity of face paint for 50$… never ended up using the products I bought. My experience at this place left a bitter taste in my mouth, it’s my first and last time setting foot in this place!

Went to this store to get some body paints and although they had the products in stock and available, they refused to sell them because they said weren't in their system yet, even though the product is listed on their website for sale.
They were unable to provide an explanation as to why we had to order the paint online, when the products we wanted were sitting in a box in their store room.
I understand it's busy season for them with Halloween on the weekend but don't offer products you are unwilling to sell when someone goes out of their way to visit your store. We try to support local but if this is the experience this store is offering, we'll shop somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never been in store, but I placed an order for archery gloves online. I ordered them thinking they were a pair, realized it was one left glove, so I ordered the right glove in a separate order.
I received an email the following day from the company making sure it wasn't a mistake that I ordered both. When I explained the situation they packaged it into one shipment and refunded me for the second shipping cost.
I've never had a company be so thorough with their orders like this! Most companies wouldn't have cared, and would have just kept the money.
I will definitely be using this business again for my future costuming needs!
10/10 customer service!!
