Called to cancel my car insurance as of May 14. Billing is done on the 11th of every month. So i was charged $111.00 for the month.
Only got a refund check today for $34.00.
No answer when calling them to enquire. Poor service.
I guess if I had cancelled a week earlier I wouldn’t have been charged for the whole month...and still have gotten a refund.
Will never go back with Allstate and discourage everyone from getting Auto insurance with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this agency for any insurance policy you may need. Abed Achji was very helpful with my new policies with Allstate. He saved me about $200 per month. The insurance company I was previously with was super expensive. Best thing I ever did was switch to Allstate Insurance Agency.

Didn’t answer my call
They are not repairing my car I’m waiting for last 4 months first of all they didn’t pick the call and by chance If they pick the call then there is always same answer I will transfer the call sir or you have to wait I can’t do nothing . If you can’t do nothing then we are paying you what is the benefit of your insurance
One time I forget to pay my insurance on time then they charge me 50 $ more as a fine
Now how much I will charge you for my wasted time

I never feel alone with their quick and instance response whenever you need them.
Also, I feel that I am dealing with my closed family members when requesting a service or delivering a service or offer a price/quote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful in dealing with this office - they for 1st year undercharge me and later they came to ask for $105 as i cancel my renewal. They without any agreement reniewed my policy from 119 to 160 and were withdrawing $ 320 from my account which i called bank and asked to block them for further withdrawal.
