★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst company and customer service I worked with. I wish I could give them ZERO star. They don't care about customers, don't keep their words. A broker from this company waisted my time and played a lot such that I could not shop around and finally had to cancel my insurance policy with them. Can't wait to cancel my car insurance with them as well as of its renewal next February. If you are looking for respect and professional broker, DON'T GO WORK WITH THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give it -100 if I could. Stay away from this company. I had a call where I couldn't say a single word, was interrupted each time when I was trying to say something. The way I was treated is terrible, at some point of the conversation the remote end dropped the call and no call back was done. Absolutely terrible.
