I was very pleased with their service.. very pleasant and professional. My car window was replaced at a very good price. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Montreal visiting from Ontario last week. I was there only 6 hours before my car was broken into. The vandal(s) smashed my driver side window. Not knowing the language or the City I googled auto glass repair and found Auto Glass Experts. Little did I know I was calling my guardian angel!
Even though it was late in the day and after business hours, John agreed to let me bring my car into the repair shop so I didnt have to leave it exposed on the street overnight. Needless to say, I got lost several times on the way. When I called him an hour later he told me to stay where I was and drove to meet me so I could follow him to his shop.
It is now 8:00 pm. and I was prepared to take an Uber back to Montreal but he would not hear of it. Tired and hungry he made the hour round trip to return me to Montreal because he could tell how distraught I was. On the way we had a wonderful conversation and when I arrived at my destination I felt blessed to have had such great service and the opportunity to meet such a wonderful person.
The next day John was in constant touch to keep me up to date with the progress of my repair. When I returned to pick up my car to my surprise the interior was vaccumed, wiped down and the floor mats watched!
It was a very upsetting experience to have your vehicle vandalized and even more so to have it happen in a strange city and province. I will be forever grateful for John and Auto Glass Experts for all that they did for me that evening and for the awesome job they did replacing my window.
This type of service is extremely rare in this day and age! If you need auto glass service dont hesitate to call Auto Glass Experts, you will be in the best hands!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After our Van's window was smashed out at 8pm, just before leaving Montreal for home, London, On, we were given, by our insurance company, the numbers of a couple of 24hr glass places. One place turned out to be very far away and couldn't do anything until the next morning. The other, we decided to drive to, with a smashed window in the pouring rain, but it turned out to be a glass place for homes and businesses. Luckily, she had Nick's number. He immediately drove out, and this was now very late, and sealed up our window for us, so our car would be somewhat safe until our glass came in. It poured all the next day but our van was fine and the day after as soon as our window arrived, he installed it quickly. Nick genuinely cares about his clients and wants nothing but the best for them. He goes above and beyond to take care of them. You will not find anyone else more caring and capable than Nick to help you out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our car got broken into while we were visiting for Easter weekend and one of our windows was shattered. Called around and Nick was the only one who responded on Easter Sunday when everything was closed! He offered to get us a loaner until the window got fixed. He was able to quickly get us a window replacement the next morning and got it installed within the hour so we could drive back to NYC. Not to mention that I originally told him the wrong glass but him and his boys managed to get the right one in no time. I don’t know about you but that’s going above and beyond for your customers.
World class service and would highly recommend. Thank you so much Nick you guys are awesome!! ??

I was a little worried because the price was quite a bit lower than many other places I called, I thought the quality might be lacking, but that was the farthest thing from the truth. Windshield was replaced quickly at my apartment, the day after I called for an appointment. Terry did a great job, fast and professional. Would definitely recommend these guys
