★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for a promotion they have for a remote starter and they didn't have appointments available for the remaining 4 days of the promotion, I offered to pay it right away and then get booked after and I was refused by Maxime and that my only choice was to book after the promotion and pay regular price.
I was shocked because your website and reviews are pretty good that you guys do a great job, but unfortunately for my first experience I just didn't like the way you do business, if I were the owner and find out one that one customer was willing to pay something right away and got refused I would've get mad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in originally for a chipped windshield but it expanded, was given another appointment promptly due to them not having my windshield in-stock, originally I was supposed to have a rental, but the rental place refused my card, they allowed me to wait and actually finished my car quicker then originally stated. These guys are fast an efficient will go here for any other future repairs or products.

I give my car for half a day they call me that it’s ready come, when I reach there they say sorry some issue plz come tomorrow (even my remote car opening key stop working)
When I reach next day they talk amongst each other and say there is some issue with your car and your key was not working - implying that I am lying!!
No apologies for discomfort no effort the give me the car back as I gave them !!!!
Unprofessional and incompetent…

My car was 6 months' new car and got rear window shield broken accidentally.
I chose here rather than dealership because I believe they were more professional.
They didn't finish it in time they promised.
What a surprise! I found urethane glue was sticking out, and they assembled the glass with moulding like a kid did.
When I opened the trunk. I could hear the particles of broken windows rolling inside.
When my wife arrived to collect my car, it was completely discharged, and they told me that they did nothing it was originally discharged when you arrived and asked my wife to go for fixing it to the dealership for the 6 month's new car which have had never problem so far.
I really disappointed their job and tried to call few times but couldn't contact.
