★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Called this place due to an emergency and the person that picked the phone gave me an appointment and they never showed up at my place. I called them back and he said he forgot to write it down that he was human and " l'erreur est humain..." . The next day they sent me someone and fixed my fridge. The place lack a bit on customer service skill, specially over the phone they sound a bit rude, but their thecnician are good and had properly fixed my fridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was charged $86 for an incomplete evaluation and when I called to obtain more details was yelled repeatedly by Pierre-Luc who answered the call. Clearly this company has no respect for their clients. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, I sure wish I had their reviews before wasting my money there..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to repair my fridge. They came to my house for 3 mins to check the fridge temperature then left saying they needed to call Samsung. They took the 80$ for the 3 minute they were here then never called us
When we called them to have an update after a month they were extremely rude to us and still had no answer for us. Never gave us a refund and never heard from them again.
Avoid at all cost, trust me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called these guys because they came recommended by Frigo Mobile(excellent by the way) who could not come due to a family emergency. A technician fixed my machine and left without fully testing it charging me 166$. When I tried it the machine leaked. I called them back because they had a 3 months warranty on their work. He fixed the machine which I am happy about but charged me another 68$ for his time. Apparently the warranty only takes into account the charge for making the call. I will not be calling them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ateliers Nelson always provides excellent service. They have most parts on hand, ready to offer technical advice and very pleasant to deal with (even with my broken french). Glad to see the the business has kept the values of pride and integrity the father had started.
No need to go elsewhere ... small store ..... Huge service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a pleasant experience...
Went there to ask for a spare part for my fridge. It seems the employee in the front desk does not like being asked questions about the products he sells, since as I started to ask normal questions about the part, such as its color, shape of the part, asking to see a picture, etc he started to show obvious signs of being upset. Good I asked so many questions because my final question was about he offering a warranty on the part, to which he replied “no”, which simply was the obvious sign to leave the place. So good I did not do business with this people.
