★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. This is where we send our family iPhones / iPads for repairs. They’ve replaced broken screens, batteries, and even repaired water damaged iPhone for me. We have been using him for over a year and always got excellent service.
I highly recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My touch screen kept freezing so I went there. They "repaired" it for 80$. One week later it started freezing up again. I went back. Two weeks later I hadn't gotten any news so I called. They hung up on my call. I emailed them. They told me my cell wasn't broken and to come pick it up. I picked it up and they had forgotten to charge it. When I charged it back at home, my cellphone wasn't fixed at all and my touchscreen had stopped working completely. I emailed them, asking if they could actually fix my phone. I never got an answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my Ipad screen changed three months ago. They broke tje home button. I therefore lost the finger print function. They took twice as much time as they initially told me and they did not keep me informed. They left debris behind the screen. And, after three months, the screen is getting undone! Terrible service. Do not go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend went there for his electronic device to change his screen, but got totally screwed. The job was poorly done; the home button was moving. Few days later the phone broke again without any reasons. We were told about a 3 months guarantee so we went back there but there wasn't anything to do, they only wanted more money. They seemed nice, but don't judge a book by its cover. At this price, you better find a place with real pros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To say these guys are AMAZING is an understatement!!! I was visiting Montreal from out of the country. I dropped my phone and destroyed the screen the day before I was leaving. My phone was unusable. I couldn't make calls or text. I came to their store at 10 a.m. and my phone was fixed by 4 p.m. same day! They had to same day order my screen because it wasn't in stock, or it would have been done by noon. Thats 2 hours from me showing up! I cant thank them enough. Premier customer service, and amazing quality work. My phone works and looks like new...... except now with the Otter Box I also was able to purchase in store. Bottom line, if you're in Montreal and have phone, tablet, or computer issues Reda Solutions is the place to go!!! They'll get you fixed up. They're AMAZING to say the least!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I broke my IPhone 7’s screen just before my trip to Montreal like one of the other reviews.
After searching around I decided to save money and take it to unauthorized repair.
The place was far from the city inside a strip-mall; the guy who fixed my phone was friendly and helpful.
My phone was fixed in no time; I was quite happy to get my iPhone back to work for half of the price.
Unfortunately this was a terrible decision... you get what you pay for. The screen is. EXTREMELY BAD QUALITY it looks dull and it doesn’t work at times so I have to lock and unlock my phone to get it to work, at times I can’t even highlight words at all.
I’m very sad that this happened to me and I’m considering to just get a new IPhone.
I highly recommend you to take your Apple products elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a scam!!!! Brought my iPhone 8 screen to be fixed they charged me so much money and basically have a policy that they will keep fixing it if it’s not working. The screen they placed was so screwed up, I wish I went to Apple and paid extra to get it fixed. Don’t make the same mistake I did !!! I later just decided to trade in my cell phone and got a new one at my cell phone provider... this is after I went back to reda solutions 3x in a span of a week. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
