★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't even give this a one star. After brain surgery, I was unable to walk and was in ICU for 24hrs. The treatment I got there was horrendous. The nurses were rude and backbiting me the whole night. And they were trying to make me believe I was hallucinating. It was the worst night of my life. When I tried to confront them about the way I was treated, the situation got worst. They did not let me sleep and bullied me through the night.
I met some amazing nurses when I was put in the neurology department but that night in the ICU still haunts me to this day.
I was helpless and in a lot of pain. Unable to stand or walk. I didn't have my phone on me and I was told no one could stay with me. Yet I saw other patients with a family member at their side.
I don't understand how some nurses are put in that position with people who are at their most vulnerable position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an excellent attention there, the nurses, reception lady and doctors, they were all super nice and kind with my little one. When a kid is sick, such a good service is very much appreciated :)

Please don’t go there unless you want to wait in the waiting room for 15 hours and then have the nurse tell u u need to take another number just because my case is 5/10 painful. This is the worst hospital and if i could rate it minus i would. Also all the doctors there are as TRASH as they come and they dont have enough of them.

How does a hospital don't have advil?
Ppl who's currently working at the "inscription" are horrible. I dont know how they got the job.
Seriously. I've been waiting for over 7hrs or even more and others more and they are passing ppl who got there after? I saw my number when jump up twice and Iwent to see them...obviously they have this attitude saying "I dont know." Sure they never know anything. Just saying you can be having the worst pain you've ever got and they will NOT care. They should pay ppl for making them wait this long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital is the worst I’ve been so far. Some nurses are rude and the people at the entrance are not welcoming at all. They’re the ones taking care of the patients so they should be offering help as much as possible.
Overheard on the phone that someone is rushing to go home so she wanted my mom to take the pill right away, even though my mom was trying to ask her questions about the new medication she’s about to take. I thought nurses are supposed to care about their patients. Would rate this hospital a negative if it was possible?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the years i have been here twice and my husband once as well. Great triage système at the emergency. Both nurses and doctors are very thorough and humaine, also really appreciated the follow up call next day. I feel very confident and in good hands when I come here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hospital! I had a back pain and I couldn’t walk , the nurses came out to help me walk into the emergency. As soon as they saw my condition they took me in right away. Told me they called a spinal specialist and I found out I had 2 herniated disc. What a great service! Nurses were nice, doctors to specialist were super nice. Thank you for everything!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter has been at this hospital since before covid. She waited 2 years to get her wound closed and now is still waiting to have her gastric bag removed and her two hernias fixed. She has been in hell for over two years now. Today she had an appointment and because she was upset and tried to protect herself from the doctor lying and threatening her, the doctor had her escorted out of the hospital. She can't even go in to get her file. The doctor told her she would never operate on her and she would make sure no one else does. Can anyone help.?
