M	Mahdokht Ghorbani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience in the emergency room. The receptionist was so rude when found out we can't speak French. You go to McDonald and they are bilingual. But in a hospital they refuse to speak in English. It is same with the nurses. Their behavior is indecorous!
C	Charm Rhandal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Health service in Quebec is a joke. I went to the emergency room of this hospital because blood was coming out of my mouth and I'm nearly 6 months pregnant. I got there at 2pm and waited until 1am in the morning before a doctor could see me. No triage, no nurse saw me nothing.. I went twice to ask how long I had wait and staff were rude. The third staff I went to after waiting for 10hours was kind enough to recommend a bed for to rest on while I was still waiting because my belly was becoming hard with the stress if waiting and sitting on the hard chair. Many people came after me and left before. When asked, they say it's by prioprity. I was not clearly. Around 1 am the doctor comes and woke me up..he was speaking rapidly pretending he didn't find me sleeping, asking me what brought me here. I explained. He listened to my chest breathing and he immediately replied that he thinks it's a sinus infection nothing major. That if it happens again I should go back. R u freaking serious even in underdeveloped country people get better treatment. All th money they take from our salaries is to be treated like this at the end of the day?? No that's outrageous. We need to do something about this health system. People should speak about it and broadcast this reality in Quebec hospital. Enough is enough. I am now scared of giving birth here, I will see if I can travel to france to do so.
R	Ro Eid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multiple times I've had an appointment with a rheumatologist, after they have confirmed on phone. I go there and my name isn't on the list. My rheumy is Dr Zummer, which I wont be going back to see. Rude, interrupts and very pro pills. Can't give a single advice for natural remedies or ways to help reduce inflammations or pain. touched my back for 5 seconds and came up with assumptions that don't match the Xrays. Very confusing I'd say time wasting. he even gave me a new chronic illness but never mentioned it again... neither did my doc... VERY confusing, rude, untrustworthy. If you don't give the answer he expects to hear, he won't listen to you. he'll interrupt, write the papers, and you're out after 10 min.

No customer service or guidance or any indications on turns or time before consultations. Waiting room is cold, ugly and doesn't even offer wifi. Vending machines are a scam and no water fountains. Not a single employee in the waiting area to address any concerns.
I	I A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually my best ENT experience in Quebec. Doctor Louis Péloquin and all technicians and the reception ladies are at their best doing everything they can to help patients. Very clean department as well. I speak only English and had no issues at all communicating with everyone there. I went there twice once for my ear deep checking for two hours and the nurse was so helpful, polite and professional to make such a difficult and inconvenience test to be so easy and even enjoyable! The second time I went there to check my throat “ Throatoscopy “ of course I was feeling uncomfortable and scared from the Cortisone injection straight in my neck but again it was easier than expected and done very fast by a very young and professional doctor who was introduced by doctor Louis to do the test before doctor Louis gave me the good result with charming smile and funny way just as usual :) Thanks Doctor Louis for being so professional and helpful every time we need your help.

It makes them lose so much hope. They have no respect and the nurses almost killed him twice by doing mistakes. I wish we could switch hospitals.
k	kim123fm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today for an echo. the tech a lady didn’t want to wast her time (my uterus is tipped back so they need to use another way an ultrasound wand) she pressed so hard that I am still in pain 12 hours later. Worst hospital ever not the first worst experience there!!!!!
E	Eric Mercado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems that triage (Christian) was tainted by racism and mostly annoyance due to their very busy day, shoving people away that came for help to them based on ;side effects of an examination performed by the health system and recommandation done by the health care system itself to go to the emergency room ASAP? Never had to complain about this before but is this how you intend to treat, sorry disregard, patients from now on ? Don't get me wrong, I have never been treated like this at Rosemont....
