S	Sabria Cadieux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible de rejoindre une secretaire rapidement pour un rdv , ca dit que les lignes sont ouverts a partir de 8h30 , faux ... Pi quand tu reussi a avoir la ligne , tu attend des 30-45 mins chaque fois pour . Les rdv , cest toujours plein...et les secretaire sont bêtes. Ca fait vraiment dure. Cest decourageant appeler la , chaque fois. Impossible to reach a secretary quickly for an appointment, it says that the lines are open from 8:30 am, false ... Pi when you manage to get the line, you wait 30-45 mins each time. The appointments are always full ... and the secretaries are stupid. It’s really hard. It's disheartening to call her, every time.
A	Anass konati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvaise expérience aujourd’hui (30/09/2021)pour ma femme dans le centre de prélèvement!!! Elle est allée pour faire des prélèvements pour notre bébé de 11mois et ils ont eu un mauvais comportement de la part des infirmières là-bas qui doivent sûrement avoir une formation avec les bébés !!! Aucun sourire aucun bonjour!!!Ils ont crié sur ma femme pour bien tenir le bébé!!! c’est inacceptable dans un pays développé comme le Canada Bad experience today (09/30/2021) for my wife in the blood test center !!! She went to take samples for our 11 month old baby and they had bad behavior from the nurses there who surely must have some training with babies !!! No smile no hello !!! They shouted at my wife to hold the baby well !!! this is unacceptable in a developed country like Canada

J'essaie de prendre rv depuis début decembre 2021. (Donc ça fait 1 mois, chaque jour, lundi-vendredi, que j'appelle a des heures differentes....) Coudonc, l'hopital sais tu fait démolir et je suis pas au courant? Changez donc votre methode de rendez-vous, on vit plus en -300 avant J.C. N'importe quoi, une vraie joke. I waited 55 minutes in line to make an appointment with my Dr.. I called during my breaks and was never able to reach anyone. I've been trying to make an appointment since the beginning of December 2021. (So it's been 1 month, every day, Monday-Friday, that I call at different times....) Coudonc, do you know the hospital is having it demolished and I'm not aware of it? So change your dating method, we don't live anymore in -300 BC. Anything, a real joke.

F	FRANCA PALOMBI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst service ever! It’s too bad we can not rate in the negatives. 45 minutes and counting is the time on hold. The only reason I deal with this joint is because of my daughter’s paediatrician. At this point I’m considering taking an appointment with a veterinarian.

From the lady at the front door to the lady at étape 1 and the gentleman at étape 2. Also, Dr. Bernard and the nurses were very delicate when handling babies. They were very kind. Un gros merci!
