Il a complètement "scrappé" le look de ma salle de bain d'époque. Son mandat était pourtant de refaire "à l'identique". Il voulait me charger 7 000$ pour corriger ses propres erreurs. Il menace de prendre une hypothèque légale dès qu'il y a litige. J'ai fini par le payer pour m'en débarrasser et terminer les travaux moi-même. Avoid at all costs. Everything is done to maximize profit, regardless of specifications or customer satisfaction. It completely "scraped" the look of my period bathroom. Its mandate was, however, to redo "identically". He wanted to charge me $ 7,000 to correct his own mistakes. He threatens to take a legal mortgage as soon as there is a dispute. I ended up paying him to get rid of it and finish the work myself.
