Excellent team, Francois, Jimmy and Cody. Not only were they efficient, professional and meticulous, they were happy people working with pleasure, in spite of the freezing cold. The job done, they took care of all the mess created and left an impecably clean place. We had our Carrier heat pump installed 5 years ago. We are very happy. Recently our thermostat was not functioning due to power outages in our area. We called a service technician at 9 PM who helped us troubleshoot the problem. The next day they sent a service technician to inspect and replace the thermostat. Excellent service, very happy.

They installed my Heat Pump last Nov (2019). Technicians were quite knowledgeable, punctual, fast, courteous and friendly. I had my first Heat Pump was installed by the same source in 2003. Their performance speaks better than their speech.

Had the annual tune-up done today for my air conditioner. The technician, Salah, was friendly, knowledgeable and did a thorough job. All my questions were answered. It was the same last year. Thank you Klimfax!

I had a Carrier aircon system installed by Cyril, Alex and Kevin. They were punctual and professional and they even cleaned up all the dust before they left. I didn’t expect that, but I really appreciated it. I would absolutely recommend Klimfax.

I have had the same problem with my AC for the past 5 years that no one could figure out how to fix. Then Salah came to my house from Klimfax. This guy was amazing. Not only was he professional across the board, he fixed an issue that 3 previous companies could not. I strongly recommend him. Great service and experience.

Recently change my thermopump....the staff is very professional, good quality of product. the representative was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the differences between units suited for my house. The installers were on time, very polite and efficient and left the house very clean. One last thing...they lost a star for communication. If you need info you need to present yourself in person at the store because you will not get any response with emails or phone. Would I recommend this company to my friends....ABSOLUTELY.

Got a Carrier unit installed in July of 2018. September of 2021 we start having leaking issues, as well as ice build-up and the air just not being very cold. I was informed when I called to setup the appointment, that the cost of the call was 155$, but was charged 185$, and then an additional 212$ for 2 additional hours of work. 2 hours that turned out to be unnecessary. The technician informed me that we need to clean the inside of the wall unit as well as the unit outside every year, which we were not told about when the unit was installed; Only that the filter on top of the unit needed to be cleaned every month (which we do). So the initial installers did not inform us properly on how to maintain our unit. That would have negated the need for this service call. After the technician cleaned my unit, he tested the refrigerant. He noticed that the amount of refrigerant was low. After not finding a leak, he emptied the refrigerant, then refilled it. Or possibly didn't. It seemed like he barely knew what he was doing. I was charged additional fees for the test, removing the refrigerant, and the replacement refrigerant. No mention of additional fees for any of these steps. We can assume that the initial installers did not fill the unit properly as we had to set the machine to 17 degrees to cool the house from the beginning (only knowing now that should have not been the case). Aside from that, I was informed only once I got the bill that there is an additional fee of 26.50$ for each 15 additional minutes after the initial hour of the service call. The initial diagnosis of the problem and cleaning was done within the 1st hour. There was an additional 2 hours of useless testing, finding no leak. Having to pay over 600$ for what turned out to be a simple cleaning of the unit is outrageous. They refunded a portion of that bill after I contacted them about it, but the story continues. This was in September last year. Cut to this week and we start the machine up and its the same as before. No cold air, it barely cools when set to 18 or 17 degrees. There is constant ice build-up that we remove twice a day. I have tried contacting them multiple times in the last week but have not gotten a response. Edit - 2022-05-25 - Still no contact from them, even though you can see below they "take this very seriously". I can clearly see how they feel about after sales issues.
