★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons une nouvelle bâtisse commerciale. Ils nous ont recommandé un mauvais système et résultat, la climatisation est inadéquate dans plusieurs pièces. Ils sont venus à plusieurs reprises mais n'ont jamais réglé le problème. Service après vente: ne retourne pas ses appels, fixe des rendez-vous mais ne se présente pas. TRES PEU RECOMMANDABLE.
 We have a new commercial building. They recommended a bad system and result, the air conditioning is inadequate in several rooms. They have come several times but have never solved the problem. After sales service: does not return calls, sets appointments but does not show up. VERY LITTLE RECOMMENDABLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheté une fournaise/climatiseur chez cette compagnie. Le système a été trop puissant pour ma maison. Maintenant, quatre années plus tard le climatiseur, toujours sous garantie, est tombé en panne. J'attends depuis le 25 mai 2016, qu'il vienne le réparer (nous sommes le 30 juin). Pas sérieux comme entrepreneur.

J'ai lu le commentaire de l'entrepreneur, c'est la première fois qu'il se manifeste, deux ans trop tard.

I bought a furnace / air conditioner from this company. The system has been too powerful for my house. Now, four years later the air conditioner, still under warranty, has broken down. I have been waiting since May 25, 2016, for him to come and fix it (we are on June 30). Not serious as an entrepreneur.

La compagnie qui refait les drains à 8 copropriétés ou j’habite à demander de retirer les unités extérieures de climatisations (en enlevant le réfrigérant) ou installer des supports vissés dans le solage afin de pas nuire aux travaux d’excavation.
Nouvel Ere à présenter une soumission de 200$ / unité pour enlever et rebrancher les modules extérieurs. Ce qui est correct.
Le technicien de Nouvel Ere est venu avec un seul support spécial pour bas solage. Je lui ai demander d’installer les supports au lieu d’enlever le réfrigérant. Il a dit qu’ils enlevaient le réfrigérant et qu’ils reviendraient remettre celui-ci et ensuite installer les supports à une Date ultérieur. Je lui ai dit installer deux supports ne devaient pas être très long! Il n’a rien voulue savoir. Bon pouvez vous me vendre les supports. Il a appelé son patron qui a dit non, nous vendons seulement les supports avec installation! J’ai dit très bien mais faite le tout de suite je suis pres a payer!. Ils ont dit non.
J’ai communiqué avec une quinzaine de vos compétiteurs, une dizaine étaient ravi de me les vendre aux alentours de $85 la paire. Je les ai installés moi-même ce qui m’a pris environ 1 heure. Votre technicien auraient pris moins de temps.

The company that remakes the drains at 8 condominiums or I live in asking to remove the outdoor air conditioning units (by removing the refrigerant) or install supports screwed into the floor so as not to harm the excavation work.
New Era to submit a bid of $ 200 / unit to remove and reconnect the outdoor modules. Which is correct.
The New Era technician came with only one special support for low solage. I asked him to install the supports instead of removing the refrigerant. He said they were removing the refrigerant and they would come back to put the refrigerant in and then install the brackets at a later date. I told him to install two supports should not be very long! He didn't want to know anything. Good can you sell me the supports. He called his boss who said no, we only sell the media with installation! I said very well but do it right away, I'm ready to pay !. They said no.
I contacted fifteen of your competitors, ten were delighted to sell them to me for around $ 85 per pair. I installed them myself which took about 1 hour. Your technician would have taken less time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Climatisation Nouvelleere a remplacé ma fournaise électrique avec une système thermopompe/fournaise électrique (Décembre, 2018), le marque Bosch, et je suis totalement satisfit avec tous leur service, leur compétence, leur connaissance, leur attitude, très consciencieuse, la technologie haute gamme de Bosch. Toute l’équipe par excellence, le propriétaire Claude Généreux a bien recommandé le système optimal, a bien géré l’installation sur place, excellente équipe d’installation, service après-vente bien répondu, et avec un cout compétitif. Je donne 5* sur 5* a Climatisation Nouvelleere. Après 3 mois de la fonctionne de la nouvelle système mon consumation d’électricité est réduit par environs 30%, approximativement $500 j’ai sauvé déjà.
Newere air conditioning has replaced my electric furnace with a heat pump system / electric furnace (December, 2018), the Bosch brand, and I am totally satisfied with all their service, their skill, their knowledge, their attitude, very conscientious, high-end technology from Bosch. All the team par excellence, the owner Claude Généreux has recommended the optimal system, managed well the installation on site, excellent installation team, after-sales service well answered, and with a competitive cost. I give 5 * out of 5 * in Newere Air Conditioning. After 3 months of running the new system my electricity consumption is reduced by around 30%, approximately $ 500 I saved already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a pris possession d’une maison en août 2021 dans laquelle Climatisation Nouvelle Ère avait installé un système Thermopompe centrale Maxi-Air et Fournaise centrale Daikin en novembre 2020. En fonction chauffage ou climatisation, le système était extrêmement bruyant (55 DB dans les chambres, ce qui correspond au bruit d’une machine à laver).
M. Claude Généreux, propriétaire de Climatisation Nouvelle Ère est venu lui-même constater la situation après notre insatisfaction d’un premier appel de service que nous avons payé. Suite à cette visite, il n’est jamais revenu faire les corrections, même après plusieurs appels et courriels. Son assistante nous a fermement répondu de ne plus les rappeler !
Nous avons donc fait appel à trois compagnies de chauffage/climatisation ainsi que la compagnie Maxi-Vent (distributeur de la thermopompe) qui sont venues constater diverses lacunes : l’installation électrique sur le panneau principal, dans la boite extérieure et sur la fournaise était déficiente et potentiellement dangereuse.
De plus, la puissance du système avait été mal évaluée pour la grandeur de la maison et du diamètre des conduits, causant le bruit, refroidissant sans déshumidifier et qui chauffant trop vite causait des écarts de température.
Nous avons dû changer le système complet afin de sécuriser l’installation électrique et trouver du confort en chauffage et climatisation.
Nous ne pouvons que constater une mauvaise évaluation des besoins du client, et malheureusement, un manque flagrant de professionnalisme de cette compagnie qui s’est désistée de la garantie de son travail.
We took possession of a house in August 2021 in which Air Conditioning New Era had installed a Maxi-Air central heat pump system and Daikin central furnace in November 2020. In heating or air conditioning function, the system was extremely noisy (55 DB in the bedrooms , which corresponds to the sound of a washing machine).
Mr. Claude Généreux, owner of Climatisation Nouvelle Ère came himself to see the situation after our dissatisfaction with a first service call that we paid for. Following this visit, he never returned to make the corrections, even after several calls and emails. His assistant firmly told us not to call them back!
We therefore called on three heating/air conditioning companies as well as the Maxi-Vent company (distributor of the heat pump) who came to note various shortcomings: the electrical installation on the main panel, in the exterior box and on the furnace was deficient and potentially dangerous.
In addition, the power of the system had been incorrectly rated for the size of the house and the diameter of the ducts, causing noise, cooling without dehumidifying and heating too quickly causing temperature differences.
We had to change the complete system in order to secure the electrical installation and find comfort in heating and air conditioning.
We can only note a poor assessment of the client's needs, and unfortunately, a flagrant lack of professionalism from this company, which has withdrawn from the guarantee of its work.

They had to come every year to fix problems with the new machine I've purchased from them and was charged even if it was under guaranty.
They give appointments, make you wait all day and don't show up without even calling (before or after).
Do yourself a favor and do not deal with them.
