Dealt with Samuel Vaillancourt. Bought a 2019 Jetta. I was treated great from day 1. They repainted the hood and bumper. Car was washed and clean when I picked it up. The Manager Mathieu originally answered my questions via text before I went. Then dealt with Samuel. VIP treatment. Thanks to Samuel, Mathieu and Genevieve

Dealt with Samuel Vaillancourt as salesman for a used car. I had to refuse delivery of the car once at the dealership for repairs not completed as promised and listed on my signed purchase offer. Gabriel Pelletier and Manu took charge to find solutions since Sam was absent that day. There is a lack of communication between the service and sales department. I had numerous problems and it felt like I had to insist, make followup calls to make sure I get was I was originally promised. Undoubtedly, a lot needs to be done to improve overall customer care and satisfaction. Would I recommend this place? Of course, but you must very patient and pay attention to the details before accepting delivery of the car. Inspect every other item on your purchase offer. Samuel was honest and humble enough and took the blame of the mistakes though it wasn't entirely his own mistakes. He is very young and he is still learning like all of us. Overall, I had a bit of issues throughout my purchase experience but what I liked the most Samuel, Gabriel and Manu teamed up and found solutions to all those issues. In the end, they delivered what was promissed that's what mattered to me.

Horrible experience.. Rude, inexperienced, and unprofessional salesperson. I was planning to buy a used GTI in this dealer. Asked for its inspection papers. It shows that a total of 5K$ maintenance was spent on the car by Volkswagen. The sales person was explaining it was like a complete maintenance!! 1.8K for its transportation from Volkswagen service A to service B, a couple of hundreds for cleaning and 'perfume' products, and another 150$ for the horn replacement.. What a joke! First, fix the rusty parts, check its paint, and do some work in car's mechanics/electronics before telling people that a 'complete maintenance' was done. Do not show the transportation fee as it was actually spent on the car. Also, no need to mention the salesperson's name but you should definitely spend more time on training your employees. This person neither had any idea about cars nor how to sell them or how to talk to a customer. It was a really bad experience. Big disappointment, Volkswagen Duval.

The most terrible service that we have ever received at delivery time or throughout the whole purchase process…after meeting with the rep! Who got fired the the day after we were served by her! We were promised that the car we planned to buy would look sparkling new which was also approved by the director. A few repairs needed to be done. So 4 brakes needed to be done, only front two were replaced. Front bumper was replaced as asked WAITED ALMOST ONE MONTH FOR THAT TO COME IN. Which prolonged everything. Back bumper needed to be fixed, was no fixed.Car was supposed to be compounded, didn’t look like that to us. Car was supposed to be detailed inside and out, didn’t seem that way because some dirt was still present inside and dusty outside. And at delivery time car was parked outside. So the car is “black” they planned to deliver it to us dusty parked along the side of the dealer which is on the side of a major autoroute. At delivery the director kept repeating to us that they spent over 6000$ on repairs and that they did not have a signed purchase offer which is RIDICULOUS because I have a copy at home with husbands signature and director’s signature. Finally after waiting many long weeks we decided to cancel everything and get our refund back and left with no car. Waited one whole month for total disappointment from this dealership!

I purchased a used car from Volkswagen de boucherville and it was a wonderful experience! I connected with Sam on Facebook messenger and before my visit he took the time to provide me with all the info about the car. During my visit it was easy to work with Sam and the team to iron out the details about the car and work to find a price and package that best suited both parties.
