★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to try a car and after I did, I didn't like the car .. it had mechanical problems and also wasn't clean, I asked the seller if he has other cars in the same price rang he said no but he can fix the problems and he wants to charge me for this.. the seller then brought a guy that he was supposed to be his supervisor this guy was so rude an arrogant I would never go there again. Tjey have to understand that when you try a car it means that you might or might not like it .. and they have to be more respectful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of scammers. When you see a good vehicle in their website and call them, they say it's available. When you go there, they say it's has been sold just 1 hour before and force you take take another car which more than your budget.
Avoid it if you want to buy a used vehicle here.

They keep putting you on hold … they don’t even want to liaise with the customer anymore … and they never want to honor their promises.
I regret purchasing my car at Honda De Boucherville … not because it’s bad … but some of the staff are unprofessional. They shouldn’t even get the one star at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When in Monday the car new outside was available. We make the contract and they told as to coming back in Wednesday to do the transaction.Wednesday we call and surprise,big one,the car it's sold ,but don't worry they told as and next one same color same year it's coming, by Friday will be hire.not happens. In Friday we call and again big cake, they told us to wait 2 maybe 3 weeks. And not feel sorry at all. So we just canceled the order and wait 4 days to get our deposit back..... just bad bad bad customer service. Never again Honda Boucherville

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a car from this dealership. Never again. We went in to look at the car that we left a deposit on to only find out when we arrived that it was at the garage. As we were asking the salesman some questions regarding the car, he was already filling out papers for us to sign. He also told us that if we wanted to buy the car we had to pay to get it certified for it to come out showroom quality (on their website it says that's it certified). On the amount we paid, it states that the car will be showroom quality and all scratched and/or damages will be repaired. And this is the only dealer that you pay to certify your purchased car. Director of finance kept changing our payment prices in favour of Honda. When we finally got to see the car, it was parked where there is no light what so ever. So my husband and I had to use our phone lights to inspect the car and found a scratch. The scratches where not repaired but touched up with a paint crayon. I noticed that once I took possession of the véhicule, they didn't respect the certification I paid for. Got an appointment with the manager for the scratch for him to tell us that if we wanted to fix it with a paint job we would have to pay out of our pockets because they won't do it even thought we paid for it in the certification. Over all, they don't help customers they only think about their pockets. Once you leave with you car, they ignore any problems you have with it.

Went to this branch all the way from Ontario because they had a car I liked, as soon as I arrived they told me the car was sold although the lady online told me it wasn't, they offered me the same car but at a higher price, I agreed to buy it but when I told them I plan to buy it outright the manager came out and told me he will not sell it to me because he won't make as much money off of it. Don't waste your time with these scammers.
