★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy anything from Frederic-Dax Dansereau or David-Alexandre Laforge who is the manager in sales. David seamed a really nice guy at the beginning but when the time came to negotiations, he became aggressive saying he has the best price, etc. I showed a car with a better price with more options and a bit more km on Kijiji, and he like..."What kind of web-site is that?"REALLY? He see Kijiji for the first time?
They tried to make me pay $1000 more for the vehicle. I noticed that before signing the finance papers. Before that, they said that they are going to give me for free a new set of winter tires and rims and a backup camera. When I noticed the difference in price they said that I will have to pay for them. Really dishonest people work there. They said that they agreed to give me the tires and rims and camera according to the price in the Offre d'achat which SURPRISE! That price included the price of the tires which were more expensive than the one they were going to give me. The cost of original one was about $800. They were so kind to give me a "gift" with my own money. Also they were not letting me talk by screaming at me "ARRETE!". And he(David) started to call the POLICE instead of apologizing and fixing the price and by the way David was the most aggressive there. Frederic was just talking to me as if I am an idiot. PERFECT!!! NICE TEAM!
I was 100% happy to talk to David at the beginning and David with Frederic did their best to make me regret infinitely that I went there.
Don't do my mistake !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salesperson was nice and fairly helpful. I bought a used vehicle - with a trade-in for my car. The cost of the transaction seemed to arbitrarily go up every minute I spoke with them. What really did it for me was the empty gas tank. I just bought a multi-thousand dollar vehicle from them and they left me with an empty gas tank. Totally empty - like warning light empty.
