I bought a 2017 used car from Duval Toyota and they were supposed to repair things on it and change the oil. They said they did all the things they promised but soon after I brought it home I found out that they did not do what they said they did! They lied to me. I wrote to the Directors about it and never heard one word back about my complaints. Totally unprofessional, don't trust them. I will never buy from them again.

This is a warning to anyone who is purchasing a used car from this dealer. Yes I was aware the car was sold "as is" meaning any damages and repairs needed to be done on the car after purchase is on me. However, I had made arrangements with the dealer to have the repairs done before my departure. They were completely unethical and incompetent, not only were they prepared to let me leave with a used car who's steering box leaked, meaning the steering could get stiff whilst driving away, even after insisting that I needed the repairs done before taking delivery, like we had agreed upon, the car still wasn't repaired. So when I went to go get the car 2 days later after making all the arrangements etc...they waited until I payed for it before telling me the parts for the car were not put on. It took 6 hours.... Six hours of waiting in a room for something that should have been done upon my arrival. Not only was the waiting aggravating enough but after all that had happened I was told the car only had one key and that they didn't know where the wheel lock key was....meaning I cant take off my tires. So as you can probably tell my experience at this dealership was more than unsatisfactory. The kind of service I wouldn't expect from an authorized dealer but rather from a fast talking man in a plaid suit.

I placed an order for Rav4 XLE AWD on 17th August which was supposed to be delivered on 30th of August. On the day of delivery dealership realized they have ordered XLE with premium package. The sales person and manager were quick enough to act on this and came back with multiple options to compensate the mistake. I really appreciate the efforts dealership is putting in to make customers feel happy and satisfied. I can see, for them it's always customer first rule they follow. Yes, the car was also delivered the next day. Thanks boucherville Toyota for the service.

DON'T BUY TOYOTA HERE. The agent Alex was trying to offer a good service, but the overall service of buying a new car was terrible ---------- 1. DID NOT fully clean the car when delivery, dust in some tiny spot, sticky stain on back of rearview mirror, coffee stain on leather seat, they "forgot" 2. DID NOT charge the battery at all when delivery, they "forgot". 3. told them 3 times DO NOT install the Tag before I check the car, went to check the car the day before delivery as we scheduled, and when I got there, found that the Tag has been installed "by mistake". Very disappointing service. They sent a "service manager" to talk to me, and she said: "I am sorry, what do you want me to do." ----------- what I want is DO NOT treat clients like this. NOT RECOMMAND AT ALL.

Do NOT purchase used vehicles from this dealership. Purchased a 2015 Kia Forte5 - SAFETIED for Quebec, I was from Ottawa. Arrived beginning of January, -30°C out. Looked at the car, it has summer performance tires on. Aren't winters mandatory in QB? I guess when selling a car, they aren't. Anyways, all looked well. Started to drive the car home, 1 hour into my 3hr drive, I have the break light warning flashing at me. This happened the whole way home. I was half way home, couldn't turn around, I was stressed with the summer tires and winter conditions. It was unsafe to say the least. The next day, I went to start the car from my house garage, it WOULDN'T start. Would not turn over, I just heard clicking. Towed to Canadian Tire, they said it needed a new starter and the battery had a dead cell. $700 later, and I can finally drive the car. Toyota has REFUSED to help with the repairs. They sold a car deemed safe to drive, it was not. I have been trying to get some assistance for the past week, and I don't get a reply from their Director. (But during the buying process, you can be sure he was available for that). I will be bringing this toy local MPs, OPC, Toyota and Quebec CP department, till this gets resolved. ------ Reply - Ah yes, your resolution is satisfactory at best. I would not recommend or return to this business for any reason moving forward. The resolution the Sales Rep and I came to was presented as an all ($450) or nothing offer. Take this money, or leave with nothing. The text messages would reveal that. I hope the business takes this google review to heart. $450 will not cover the repairs or the inconvenience this has caused for me.

First service appointment for my 2021/22 Venza XLE. Love the car so far. Put it through the test of 5500 km there and back to Florida. Mileage in the 6.5-7.00 lts/100km averaging 120-130km/hr! Thanks again to a great salesman, Lemire Mazouz found me the car and bought and sold my Audi.
