La machine est garantie pour 3 ans mais bonne chance pour avoir un rendez-vous avec un technicien ils sont déborder et ne peuvent pas me donner un rendez-vous en début de saison thermopompe de moins d'un an. J'ai fini par payer la pièce de ma poche et la changer moi même pour pouvoir profiter de ma piscine ! À éviter...
 Very bad experience on my part. The machine is guaranteed for 3 years but good luck to have an appointment with a technician they are overflowing and cannot give me an appointment at the start of the heat pump season of less than a year. I ended up paying for the coin from my pocket and changing it myself so that I could enjoy my pool! To avoid...

Nous avons acheté le modèle "ECOLO-80" il y a 2 ans, soit au printemps 2019 (3eme été d'utilisation en 2021) et à chaque fois nous avons eu des problèmes avec son fonctionnement en début de saison !! Toujours le même problème causé par une (ou plusieurs) fuites du réfrigérant, qui n'ont toujours pas été réparées correctement, même après les 2 visites du technicien qu'ils nous ont envoyé (suite à un gros délai d'attente...).
Nous sommes extrêmement déçus par ce produit et regrettons amèrement notre achat ! Et en lisant quelques commentaires de d'autres acheteurs sur cette page; je vois bien que nous ne sommes pas les seuls…malheureusement.
Compagnie À ÉVITER TOTALEMENT si vous désirez vous procurer une bonne thermopompe et obtenir un bon service après-vente !
A real "LEMON"!
We bought the "ECOLO-80" model 2 years ago, in spring 2019 (3rd summer of use in 2021) and each time we had problems with its operation at the start of the season !! Always the same problem caused by one (or more) refrigerant leaks, which still have not been correctly repaired, even after the 2 visits of the technician they sent us (following a long waiting period ... ).
We are extremely disappointed with this product and bitterly regret our purchase! And by reading some comments from other buyers on this page; I can see that we are not the only ones… unfortunately.
Company TO AVOID TOTALLY if you want to get a good heat pump and get good after-sales service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 1 star because it is the lowest possible. Worst heat pump ever seen for inground pool Continuous leak since installation, first "repaired" under warranty after 1 year. Repair never worked and now they are asking for over 1500$ to replace complete tubing. Cannot even provide support and indications over the phone which resulted in a 200$ service call for someone who is here for less than 10 minutes to see the problem and tell me it would cost over 1500$. No offer to refund service call. Do yourself a favor, never buy a TTI heat pump.
Pire compagnie et pire thermopompe jamais vue pour piscine creusée. La thermopompe fuit depuis son installation; a été "réparée" sous garantie après 1 an. La réparation n'a jamais fonctionnée et maintenant on demande 1500$ pour remplacer le conduit. Ils ont été incapables de me guider au téléphone et m,aviser des coûts probables de réparation et ainsi éviter une appel de service totalement inutile qui me coûte maintenant presque 200$ pour un technicien qui a été ici 10 minutes et n'a pu que me donné l'information des coûts minimum de 1500$ sans même ouvrir la thermopompe pour constater le problème car il était flagrant. Aucune offre de rembourser l'appel de service non plus. Rendez-vous service, N'ACHETEZ JAMAIS une thermopompe TTI.

Worst company and worst heat pump ever for an inground pool. The heat pump is leaking since it was installed; has been "repaired" under warranty after 1 year. The repair never worked and now they are asking $ 1500 to replace the duct. They were unable to guide me over the phone and advise me of the likely repair costs and thus avoid a totally unnecessary service call which now costs me almost $ 200 for a technician who has been here 10 minutes and only got to me. given the minimum cost information of $ 1500 without even opening the heat pump to see the problem because it was obvious. No offer to reimburse the service call either. Do yourself a favor, NEVER BUY a TTI heat pump.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I know is I so totally regret getting the Ecolo 80. It sucks, barely heats. Thought I would encourage a Made in Quebec product, but I realize it was a mistake. Don't get the Ecolo 80, a waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst, the worst, the worst. I wish I had known that this company is a complete joke. First year buying the pool heater and already had problems and same problems the second year. Waiting almost one month to the 'technician' to come... Stay away and spend your money somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with TTI Fab's service has been excellent to say the least. The technician was perfectly bilingual and wasted no time finding the problem and fixing it. He also added some personal touch in sealing some of the cavities where water could have penetrated for our heat pump panel. I would recommend this local company to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have my Ecolo50 (Club-Piscines) for 3 years now and so far so good. The TTI Fab. technician Benoit came today to inspect my thermo pump and it was a positive experience. So far I have nothing but a great experience from Eric the service advisor to Benoit the service technician they did the job right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company with the worst products on the planet! Bought a Hybrid 100 heat pump for my pool in August 2018 and could not use it more than 4-5 times! It’s broken all the time. Customer service and support team just suck! If you’re are waiting for a service call, good luck - it will take forever. A terrible terrible company! You better set your money on fire than spending it on this absolute junk!
