Terrible service and communications. I just realized how dishonest they can be to get your money. Client for 4 years and since the very beginning I have experienced very poor service. After 15 hours of negotiation and visits, waiting weeks to have any answer from the salesperson, me and my wife were able to close a deal, and after paying Nissan's reservation fees and transferring fees at SAAQ, the Dealership came back saying that it was a mistake of the salesperson, that they couldn't honor that deal. We were very disappointed, but we cancelled the deal and got our deposit back. François, the sales manager at the time, called me when I was still on my way home and asked me to come back, that he would solve the problem and I wouldn't regret. Upon my return, he still tried to push me on negotiations, but finally he accepted to honor the deal. The only change that he insisted on was that instead of a 48-month lease, it would be a 60-month contract with a note, signed by him, allowing me to cancel the contract at 48 month, and he clearly stated that this would be the same of a 48-month contract, but it was necessary to keep that monthly payment viable. So he added this note to the contract and signed: "Possibilité de rachat a 48 mois" explaining that this means that after 48 months, I could ask Nissan to get the car back from us with no penalties. Now I realized that he was not telling us the truth, he's no longer working there, and the new sales manager is telling me that this only means I can return the car upon signing a new leasing when it's 12 months to end the contract. This is ridiculous! Every dealership from pretty much every maker does that, it's nothing special, but he added it to the contract tricking us into believing we could cancel it after 48 months. But it's not a good dealership at all, services are bad, they have a terrible internal communication. I've paid for a 3-year-free-oil change, but had to pay for the two first ones because they failed time after time to put it on their system. I could write a book about all the other times they let me down on these last 4 years. Go at your own risk but it's not a place I would recommend at all.

Very good dealer. Sales manager Evan is the best one. He takes care about everything, listens carefully and helps with all the information. We actually bought Rogue there. We have done everything with our first and only one visit - were explained all the details about several cars, had the test drive, fixed the offer and pre-approved the loan.
