★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lorsqu'on entre dans ce magasin spécialisé en électroménagers, on s'attend à recevoir des conseils adéquats. Nous y étions seuls ce dimanche et le vendeur n'était pas intéressé à nous servir. On ira donc chez une autre bannière pour acheter une cuisinière de 1500 $. C'est peut-être pas assez pour lui.
 When one enters this store specializing in household appliances, one expects to receive adequate advice. We were there alone that Sunday and the seller was not interested in serving us. So we will go to another banner to buy a $ 1,500 stove. It may not be enough for him.

Resultat, Ils ont complètement salit mon tapis pour aller a mon sous sol ou est la salle de lavage. Je dois faire nettoyer, j'étais en cr***. La prochaine fois, je les retournes
It's not the in-store service that's problematic, great service, fast delivery.... the problem is the delivery man, no overcoats, boots full of snow... Result, they completely messed up my carpet to go to my basement where the laundry room is. I have to get it cleaned up, I was cr***ing. Next time I will return them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Maytag Washer Lasalle branch recommended as last model & very good brand, in fact it’s broken after just 2 weeks now waiting for technician to come.I asked them to exchange it or get a refund not to get through the ordeal of repairing a brand new washer for which you paid 1300 $, they said can’t take it back nor exchange they aren’t responsible but manufacturer ...they never tell you those things when you go buy stuff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would put a zero star if it was possible on customer service. We bought a kitchen hotte from this store - after using the Hotte for 1 year, it stopped working. We have been waiting since Dec 2021 for the hotte to be repaired or replaced - no ownership, no quality service to resolve the issue. We have bought appliances from Leon, and received better service.
I would recommend you buy your appliances with a meaningful guarantee elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two of the four appliances I bought there do not work. The store doesn't care and refers to the manufacturer. I have now lost countless work days to wait for reparations, because, beleive it or not, they would change some parts but then the same problems would occur. 2500$ in the trash. It breaks my heart when I pay 200$ a month for the pleasure to own useless appliances financed by a partner company that contacts me without my authorization to offer me shady promotions
