Terrible customer service. So disappointed as I had gone to this store which is really far from where I live because of the good reviews. The salesman was rude and their selection is quite limited. I don't recommend this store at all.

I went here twice and both times received the worst customer service from Daniel, a blatantly racist salesman. I arrived at the store with my niece, ready to invest in a washer and dryer. The salesman refused to acknowledge our presence and three times bypassed us to serve other non-black customers. When I pointed out his negligence he didn’t even respond. He completely ignored us and continued to serve the other customers. He is in the wrong field of work as he is not willing to serve ALL customers. We definitely will not be spending any money here! Seems that is you are not white and french your money is welcomed. I got a lovely set from The Brick instead.

If you intend to buy at a low price, buy only what you see in the store and expect it to be dinged, dirty and full of fingerprints (dried, melted slush too if your delivery is in the middle of winter). The machines I wanted were not in the store so DANIEL proposed machines to be delivered to my home but I would only receive them 6-8 weeks later. I was fine with that. Two months later, I started calling but DANIEL never replied. It's funny because when I had been shopping for a gas stove the previous summer but had not made up my mind, HE called me. After his sale is made, he doesn't care about you. A nice woman would answer and certainly transmitted the messages but clearly had no control over the sales dept. and sounded embarrassed by their lack of action. I pity her. So three months later, my daughter managed to get the BOSS on the phone and said that it was ridiculous that I should still be waiting so he sent the machine he had in the store. Yes, the one with the dings, no manual, full of finger prints and dried slush. How is it that they had a demo of the model I wanted in the store to deliver to me but when I was there; there wasn't any? Makes me think that they let you order new, give you excuses, put the machines you order in their showroom to make sales THEN they ship it to you. I'd rather pay more money than deal with these people again. The aggravation is not worth the economy. Oh and the delivery guys didn't even bother to take their freakin' boots off, they trucked slush through the house to the upstairs then they had the gall to hold me captive until I rated their service online! Jeez... EDIt: I decided to register my machine with LG and, wouldn't you know it? There's a clean cut out in the label where the serial number is supposed to be. Is my machine stolen?!? And thanks for giving me the same number that we called over and over to be totally ignored in the end.

I bought my fridge and stove and saved lots of money. It may seem like a weird place to shop for appliances but offer extra insurance (at extra cost) and delivery within a day or 2. Will highly recommend them.
