Mon garçon a acheté un super condo récemment dans le projet VERTICA.
Le design extérieur et l'ensemble des plans sont très bien fait et bien pensée, peu importe les besoins de chacun (1, 2 ou 3 chambres).
Aussi, nous avons toute suite réalisé l'énorme potentiel de se quartier en plein expansion. (Metro, nombreux espaces vert et commerces a proximité et futur, emplacement du REM de l'est ?)
Nous sommes très fier d'être parmi les premiers acheteurs.
Être en début de projet nous a permis d'avoir la flexibilité de choisir le condo que nous désirions.
Le promoteur (McGill Immobilier), qui est très solide, fiable, qui possède une excellente réputation et plusieurs réalisations d'envergure en banque nous a grandement influencé dans notre décision. C'est tellement réconfortant d'avoir pleinement cette confiance lors d'un achat si important.
Nous avons aussi tout suite senti que Mme Turcotte (Micheline) travaillait pour nous dans cette aventure, sans toutefois mettre aucune pression.
De plus, la communication et les nombreux suivi fait de sa part était irréprochable. Nous avons apprécié sa flexibilité, son écoute, son professionnaliste et sa patience face a nos demandes.
Nous avons très hâte de voir la progression de se projet et du quartier en général.

After comparing a few projects, we finally made our choice.
My boy bought a great condo recently in the VERTICA project.
The exterior design and all the plans are very well done and well thought out, regardless of everyone's needs (1, 2 or 3 bedrooms).
Also, we immediately realized the enormous potential of this rapidly expanding district. (Metro, many green spaces and shops nearby and future, location of the eastern REM?)
We are very proud to be among the first buyers.
Being at the start of the project gave us the flexibility to choose the condo we wanted.
The promoter (McGill Real Estate), which is very solid, reliable, has an excellent reputation and several major banking achievements, greatly influenced our decision. It's so comforting to have this confidence in full during such an important purchase.
We also immediately felt that Ms. Turcotte (Micheline) was working for us in this adventure, without however putting any pressure.
In addition, the communication and the numerous follow-ups done on his part were irreproachable. We appreciated his flexibility, his listening, his professionalism and his patience with our requests.
We can't wait to see the progress of this project and the neighborhood in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magnifique projet qui est actuellement en lancement maintenant les prix de construction finalisés. Quelques ajustements de prix ont été nécessaires sur certains condos (en réservation) car, comme beaucoup de projets immobiliers en phase préparatoire dans la province, la nouvelle réalité liée aux coûts de construction peut exiger certains ajustements raisonnables en lien avec ces hausses.
Magnificent project which is currently being launched now the construction prices finalized. Some price adjustments were necessary on certain condos (on reservation) because, like many real estate projects in the preparatory phase in the province, the new reality related to construction costs may require certain reasonable adjustments in connection with these increases.

Elle nous a expliqué avec enthousiasme la vocation verte du projet immobilier qui nous a beaucoup séduit ainsi que son architecture à l’aide d’une animation 3D. Elle ne comptait pas son temps pour répondre à nos questions et nous aider à faire un choix éclairé. Je recommande vivement cette équipe diligente, attentionnée et respectueuse du client.
We had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Laury who presented the Vertica project to us. She explained to us with enthusiasm the green vocation of the real estate project which seduced us a lot as well as its architecture using a 3D animation. She did not count her time to answer our questions and help us make an informed choice. I highly recommend this diligent, caring and customer-friendly team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le promoteur a changé de prix à la hausse après l’entente signé de notre offre. Nous l’avons donc retiré car nous doutons de la bonne foi du prompteur dans ce projet. Comment peut on changer d’idée après une entente?
The promoter changed the price upwards after the signed agreement of our offer. We therefore withdrew it because we doubt the good faith of the teleprompter in this project. How can you change your mind after an agreement?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased an unit last week and I'm really excited: close to Metro, nice neighborhood, sleek and modern design, very smooth and effective floor plan, etc. etc.
Also would like to give a big shout out to the sales team! They're extremely professional, hard-working and efficient.
The lady following up my purchase (Micheline) was so helpful and tried the best to make things work for me. Really appreciate her patience and professionalism as I had a quite tight budget and only thanks to her assistance that I could successfully make the purchase.
