Nous avons été servis par Denis Robitaille et nous avons eu un excellent service. Jamais nous n'avons ressenti de pression de sa part. Il a été honnête et très professionnel. Un excellent service a la clientèle. :)

N'achetez pas là. Pour vrai, service pourri après vente. Je parle de CORBEIL en général, pas juste de celui-là J'ai acheté un frigo qui m'a été livré le 1ier décembre. 1. Un des livreurs est rentré chez moi sans masque, et ils n'ont pas respectés la distanciation sociale (sans compter qu'ils ont mit leur stock sale partout sur mes comptoirs). 2. Après avoir attendu 1h comme le vendeur me l'avait dit, j'ai branché le frigo et WOOO le bruit épouvantable que le frigo fait!! Même ma vieille Bertha de 15 ans en faisait pas autant!! Je rappelle et on me dit d'attendre 24 heures, c'est peut être juste parce qu'il refroidit. J'appelle quand même le centre expérience client parce qu'il y a des égratignures et des poques sur le frigo, et les 2 portes ne sont pas pareilles. Ils font un billet de service Le frigo fait tellement de bruit que je dois fermer la porte de ma chambre pour dormir (petit appart oblige) Depuis ce temps là que je jongle au téléphone entre la boutique, le centre expérience client et Samsung. Personne dit la même chose. Finalement, on m'envoie un technicien pour vérifier le problème le 15 décembre!!! J'essaie de parler a quelqu'un pour leur dire que c'est trop long et que le frigo est vraiment trop bruyant. Personne peut rien faire. Je demande un échange. Pas possible, ca marche pas de même... Ils sont donc bien désolé de la situation mais ne peuvent rien faire. Ça parait que c'est pas eux qui ont un tracteur dans leur cuisine. J'aurais jamais pensé dépenser autant d'argent sur un produit qui m'arrive défectueux sur plusieurs niveaux, et de n'être pas capable d'avoir un service digne de leur ''politique de satisfaction'' Avec une facture d'environ 2000$, je m'attendais à avoir un bon produit, surtout qu'on me l'a vendu comme étant ''un des plus silencieux'' sur le marché. PLUS JAMAIS!
Don't buy there. Really bad after-sales service. I'm talking about CORBEIL in general, not just that one I bought a fridge which was delivered to me on December 1st. 1. One of the delivery guys came home without a mask, and they didn't respect social distancing (not to mention they put their dirty stock all over my counters). 2. After waiting 1 hour as the seller had told me, I plugged in the fridge and WOOO the terrible noise the fridge makes !! Even my 15 year old Bertha did not do so !! I call back and I'm told to wait 24 hours, maybe it's just because it's getting cold. I still call the customer experience center because there are scratches and stains on the fridge, and the 2 doors are not the same. They make a service ticket The fridge makes so much noise that I have to close the door of my room to sleep (small apartment requires) Since then, I've been juggling the store, the customer experience center and Samsung on the phone. Nobody says the same. Finally, a technician is sent to me to check the problem on December 15th !!! I'm trying to talk to someone to tell them it's too long and the fridge is just too noisy. Nobody can do anything. I ask for an exchange. Not possible, it does not work the same ... They are therefore very sorry for the situation but can not do anything. It seems they don't have a tractor in their kitchen. I would never have thought to spend so much money on a product that comes to me defective on many levels, and not be able to have a service worthy of their 'satisfaction policy' With an invoice of around $ 2000, I expected to have a good product, especially since it was sold to me as "one of the quietest" on the market. NEVER AGAIN!

Très satisfait du service lors de la vente de nos électros. Mme Josée Vézina a été très professionnelle sur toute la ligne, au magasin sur la rue Daniel Johnson à Laval. Lors de la livraison, un petit problème s'est présenté et elle nous a aidé à le régler promptement, de façon très satisfaisante. MERCI pour ce super service! Worst after sale experience. Avoid this place! This was the worst service I had ever received in my life. No respect. The delivery men spoke to me very rudely and swore to me. Once I had call the store to ask where my merchandise was. No one was helpful. Spoke to two 2. They said they would call me back and they never did Worst service! Have respect for people!

We have been patiently waiting for our appliances for over a year. We ordered March 6th 2021 and today is March 22nd 2022. I chose to finally write a review because once again I received an automated text saying delivery was for tomorrow and it is system error (Corbeil) claims. This is disgusting and the delay is unreasonable. The payments have been passing in on card like clock work and I even covered the taxes day 1. Corbeil is not willing to provide any support at all. Blaming pandemic and microchip shortages is no longer an excuse I want to hear. My experience shopping here is horrible and I invite others in the same situation to speak up against Corbeil. These appliances were sold in bad faith and after spending over 10k before taxes we are getting no support at all. Will never buy anything here ever again.
