Rw&co carrefour Laval one of the worst customer service I had ever seen
And to be fair enough it is only one lady
Unfortunately I had to deal with her 2 times and always same attitude and same bad experience
I went there as I ordered one item and by mistake they sent me 2 item ( they charged me only one time)
I had been told no return or exchange today as it is Boxing Day so it is ok
When I was at the cash they did return for another customer ( wow different rule according to customer)
I asked for exchange as they did for the other customer
The lady ( I believe the manger) came with un acceptable attitude and frustration
Try to explain for her I paid only for one I received 2 and I want just to give it back and change the size
After long debate and trial to make her understand that I am doing a favour to return her an item received by mistake
Finally , never ever go to row& co carrefour Laval
