★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally like the store and quality of clothes. Went after holidays to return a dress that was bought at the Suzy shier store in Rosemère and the Girl who served me didn't want to take it back. Firstly said return dates were till January 8th when on bill was clearly stated January 12th. Then argued that I should go back to Rosemère to exchange. I have always been able to exchange at any chain store. Have also done it at this store. She was quite rude! Needless to say I ended up with my store credit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s my favourite store but I have to mention the service that I get from Tina is just wonderful! She knows my taste and my needs and she makes sure that I leave the store with something!
She is truly amazing and I keep going to that store because of her! She is amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Tina who always gives me a VIP service! She helps me find what I need easily and in such a short period of time. She knows most of the clients that walk in she's the best!
Oh and I met Robin today she's a great addition to the store great smile and service as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved my experience at the store. My mom and I walked in and was greated by nice smiley Anna, so kind and friendly. Who helped us to find exactly what we wanted. She gave me great advice on the outwear selection, whether it was what I could wear with them and how to wear them, which size to go to etc.
She also offered very useful and honest opinions on our fittings and helped my mom to choose the right outfits for herself. She was very patient even though we came in the store almost prior to closing time. Not to forget the shop was so clean. We will definitely go back . Thank you Anna for your amazing customer service!

I highly recommend Suzy Carrefour Laval if you want to buy trendy outfits with the plus of having a fashion consultant to help you! Always coming back :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went the other day to suzy shier in carrefour laval , wonderful experience , Robin who works there , is wonderful , very attentive , knows her stuff ( how the clothes fit on someone ) , she is great at suggesting clothes that you wouldn’t necessarily pick out for yourself , absolutely loved her , amazing service !
