★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompétance crasse, ils prennent les gens de haut et jai voulu faire une échange de linge recu en cadeau. J'ai bien précisé recu en cadeau ce n'est pas un achat fait sur ma carte personnel.
J'avais dit qu'une carte cadeau ou bien un échange était ce que je voulais j'avais d'ailleur 4 autres morceaux à la caisse.
La caissière me dit: ahhhhh jai fais une erreur j'ai rembourser la carte de credit.
Je demande à annuler le remboursement, elle en est incapable, elle me confisque la facture et le linge.
Alors ma belle soeur va être remboursé, j'ai donc l'air de quoi moi, j'ai pas aimé ton cadeau.
Le tout a pris 45 minutes et j'ai du quitter puisque le magasin fermait les portes.
On ne c'est pas escusé et en plus on à osé me dire madame c'est juste 50 $. Si 50 $ pour vous c'est si peu pourquoi ne pas me l'offrir alors.
 Grim incompetence, they take people high and I wanted to make an exchange of linen received as a gift. I specified clearly received as a gift, it is not a purchase made on my personal card.
I said that a gift card or an exchange was what I wanted. Besides, 4 other pieces at the checkout.
The cashier said to me: ahhhhh I made a mistake I paid off the credit card.
I ask to cancel the refund, she is unable to do so, she confiscates the invoice and the linen.
So my sister-in-law will be reimbursed, so I look like what I did, I did not like your gift.
The whole thing took 45 minutes and I had to leave since the store closed the doors.
We were not deceived and in addition we dared to tell me madam it's just $ 50. If $ 50 for you is so little why not offer it to me then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ j’adore! beaucoup de choix, des employés serviables! quand il voit que cous avez trop de vêtements dans vos main ils vous ouvre une cabine et vous laisse faire le tour. si vous ete du genre a vouloir faire le tour seul elles voulaisse allez et contrairement si vous voulez de laide elle vous suivront. vraiment beau magazin rien a redire
I love! lots of choices, helpful employees! when he sees that you have too many clothes in your hand they open a cabin for you and let you go around. if you are the type to want to go around alone they want to go and if you want help they will follow you. really nice store no complaints

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad online shopping and return experience, the company is so cheap they only issued one return lable whole they shipped my items in mutiples packages. Now I cannot return by mail and I have to drive super far to return the items in store, which defeat the purpose of online shopping. Terrible company, I will never buy anthing from them until last of my days. Hate them!
