★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je fais jamais, jamais de critique sur google, mais hier j'ai reçu le pire service à la clientèle du monde. Premierement il y avait personne dans la boutique et je n'ai pas eu le droit a aucun bonjour. Elles étaient 3 vendeuses et personne n'est venu me voir, leurs cellulaires étaient plus important que moi malgré les nombreux signes de tête et signaux que je leur ai fait. J'allais acheter plusieurs produits et finalement j'ai acheté un shampoing a 20$, uniquement parce que j'etais mal prise.Une fois rendu à la caisse elles ont continué à jaser comme si je n'existais pas et que je les dérangerais. Je vais faire 20 minutes de voiture et aller au Matt&Max la prochaine fois!
I never, ever google reviews, but yesterday I received the worst customer service in the world. First there was no one in the shop and I was not allowed to say hello. They were 3 vendors and no one came to see me, their cell phones were more important than me despite the many nods and signals I gave them. I was going to buy several products and finally I bought a $20 shampoo, only because I was in a bad mood. Once at the checkout, they continued to talk as if I didn't exist and that I would bother them. . I'm going to drive 20 minutes and go to Matt&Max next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't recommend this place, they charge $$$$ as a professional service and don't provide such. I went to do highlights in my hair asking for more natural bronze colour, and end up with red on my hair. I went back to have this colour fixed and they applied black, so now I have a regular black hair, no highlights; and 300$ less in my pocket.
