Nessa is a star and she made the shopping experience a joy, hope this review will reach her somehow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever I emailed them they never text back, bought a bath bomb and worms coming out of my bath bomb not the first bath bombs I buy, I’m trying to put the pictures but won’t let me put them. I guess they don’t care about their clients

the team lead, jenna, was rude and pushy and wouldn’t stop staring at me when i was trying to shop and look for soaps. she yelled at my mom and called security on her for lowering her mask to smell the bath bombs! jenna handled the situation unprofessionally and i probably wont be shopping here ever again! on the other hand, there was one sales associate (i didn’t get her name; employee number 4071534) who was extraordinarily patient and kind with me afterwards and deescalated the situation very well! she was the only reason i even bought soaps today.
