I bought a track suit for 350$ i tried returning it they told me to clean it (i wore it once only to try it at home and it was too small) so i went and cleaned it and now the manager refuses to return it because i was missing 1 etiquette i still had the other etiquette and the receipt! Terrible attitude DO NOT GO SHOP THERE spend your money elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the worst experience ever i bought 1500 of polos and went back the next day to return one of them they refused because of a (( promotion )) apparently i got 100$ of my bill so no return do go there it s a scam and the manager is very unprofessional

I was specifically told I could return something I bought on sale. I even asked employee to charge me full price just to have the option, he said no it’s ok you can return. Upon returning to store to bring it back the manager told me the employees would never have said that (essentially calling me a liar ?) and then told me to call customer service... so I did and they asked to speak to him. He refused to speak to them and asked me to have them send an email.... this was infuriating to say the least. Do yourself a favor & go to the downtown location where it’s 5 star service
