Mon conjoint a dû demandé au vendeur pour essayer des chaussures, on avait l'air de le déranger! Et par la suite il est resté sur son téléphone, ne nous a pas offert d'aide ou de conseils. On est allé les acheter au Harry Rosen finalement, ils nous offrent du bon service eux au moins! Perdez pas votre temps à aller à cette boutique, allez directement au Harry Rosen, vous aurez un super service personnalisé! Si j'avais pu mettre 0 étoiles c'est la note que j'aurais donnée Horrible service! We returned and the salespeople were talking to each other, they did not greet us and we were the only customers in the store. My partner must have asked the salesperson to try on shoes, we seemed to bother him! And after that he stayed on his phone, didn't offer us any help or advice. We went to buy them at Harry Rosen finally, they offer us good service at least! Don't waste your time going to this shop, go straight to Harry Rosen, you will have great personalized service! If I could have put 0 stars, this is the rating I would have given

Bien que j’aie répété 3 fois ma taille, il m’a amené la bonne taille de pantalon après 4 tentatives. De plus, le vendeur ne savait pas prendre les mesures pour faire les ajustements (l’ajustement du pantalon et du veston)... ma mère et ma femme ont dû prendre les mesures à sa place. Pour finir, quand je suis arrivé à la maison, le petit aimant antivol (security tag) était encore attaché à mon veston, donc je dois ENCORE retourner au Hugo Boss pour le faire enlever. Au prix du complet, cela ne devrait tout simplement pas arriver !! The service is absolutely terrible! Salespeople spend more time on their cell phones than dealing with customers. Although I repeated my size 3 times, he brought me the correct pant size after 4 attempts. In addition, the salesperson did not know how to take the measurements to make the adjustments (the fit of the pants and the jacket) ... my mother and my wife had to take the measurements for him. Finally, when I got home, the little security tag was still attached to my jacket, so I still have to go back to the Hugo Boss to have it removed. At the full price, that just shouldn't happen !!

Excellent product knowledge and overall great service! If you are ever in need of something Hugo Boss go visit Massimo, he is a bright young man and cares about how his customer look and feel in their outfits!

You only let 2 customers inside at the same time helped by 2 rude and useless employee. Make yourself a favour and go to the Bay store just across, they have nicer Hugo Boss collection often at discount… yeah Boss isn’t that exclusive…
