★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT make any ONLINE purchases from Canada. The products come from the US, and the customers pay for the customs (charged as taxes!). They mention easy and free returns but actually it is almost impossible to return the products. The status of my order online was "shipped" after 4 weeks from the delivery. It was never changed to "delivered" so I wasn't able to ask for a return. I tried to call the customer service many times but with no success!
