On s'est super bien fait guider par les employés pour le choix des valises! On ne savait même pas qu'il y avait différents type de plastique pour les valises rigides.
We were very well guided by the employees for the choice of suitcases! We did not even know that there were different types of plastic for rigid suitcases.

This place may be the right place for a cheap bag, but it is also the kind of place where you will get a pretty awful customer service. In short : It is the kind of place that dosent honor basic consumers right, where the manager "manage" clients. 10/10 will not buy at Bentley ever again. Full story : I am a computer security consultant, and I needed a bag for my company laptop, which worth a lot. I bought the bag with the help of the manager as she helped me choose the brand, price range, etc. 2 weeks later, the strap broke off while I was walking down some stairs, leaving my laptop with a mean bump. I brought my damaged laptop with my bag to the shop and the same manager was there. She told me that I would not get a refund as I bought a cheap bag and that I should call customer service for further help. I did call in front of her, even if it was marked on the receipe I had in hand '30 days exchange/refund', but it was off office hours. I literally had to loose my calm in order for her to call her supervisor and get my refund.... Coming from a MANAGER, I am very disappointed. I worked a long time in customer service (IGA + SAQ 3 years each), and the way I was treated leave me wondering what happen to customer facing employees. If I had treated a customer like that, I would be in such a bad situation, disciplinary measures, etc.... I dont even mention the condescending look I was gratefully given. It was a most uncomfortable situation.
