★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pourquoi avoir fermé le magasin à la Place Rosemère? Maintenant si nous commandons en ligne devons aller jusqu'à Laval pour retour/échange.
Voici ce qui met arrivé lorsque j'y suis aller pour un retour (internet) comme c'est le magasin le plus proche pour les gens de la Rive-Nord.
J'avais payer un total de 200$ soit environ 197$ par mastercard et les quelques dollars restants sur une carte cadeaux. Pour une raison que j'ignore sur la facture de shipping il y était inscrit paiement par gift card seulement.
Vous comprendrez que la gérante voulait me rembourser sur une carte cadeau seulement. J'ai du prouver en montrant mon état de compte de mastercard pour pouvoir me faire rembourser environ 60$ sur ma carte de crédit.
J'ai par la suite appeler au service à la clientèle afin de savoir pourquoi ? J'ai demandé à parler avec quelqu'un en Français et ma grande surprise cette personne faisait seulement la traduction entre moi et la personne au service à la clientèle. Quel genre de service que c'est ca ? Pour une grosse cie comme Children's Place! La personne n'a même pas été en mesure de me dire pourquoi on mentionnait seulement gift card sur ma facture. Il y aurait du y avoir le détail des montants pour chaque mode de paiement?
Alors bref, j'ai brûlé du gaz pour aller jusqu'à Laval, perdu mon temps à essayer de prouver que j'avais bien payer presque la totalité avec ma carte de crédit et j'ai perdu mon temps au tel avec une traductrice pour finalement jamais savoir pourquoi. Alors pour moi c'est finit Chidren's Place! À moins qu'il en ouvre un de nouveau dans la Rive-Nord.
Why did you close the store at Place Rosemère? Now if we order online we have to go to Laval for return / exchange.
Here is what happened when I went there for a return (internet) as it is the closest store for people from the North Shore.
I had to pay a total of $ 200 or about $ 197 per mastercard and the remaining few dollars on a gift card. For some reason the shipping invoice said payment by gift card only.
You will understand that the manager wanted to reimburse me on a gift card only. I had to prove by showing my mastercard statement to be able to get about $ 60 back on my credit card.
I subsequently call customer service to find out why? I asked to speak with someone in French and to my surprise this person was only doing the translation between me and the customer service person. What kind of service is this? For a big company like Children's Place! The person was not even able to tell me why they only mentioned a gift card on my invoice. Should there have been the details of the amounts for each payment method?
So in short, I burned gas to go to Laval, wasted my time trying to prove that I had paid almost all of it with my credit card and I wasted my time on tel with a translator to finally never know why. So for me it's over Chidren's Place! Unless he opens a new one in the North Shore.

Malgré tout ça, DEUX mois plus tard, je continue à me battre pour me faire rembourser!!! Impossible de les appeler (personne répond) et ils répondent jamais aux nombreux courriels. C'est juste honteux et INACCEPTABLE comme service !
I placed an order on their website, but the package was lost. I sent them the report from Canada Post, and yet still, 2 month later, I'm still struggling to get a refund. It's impossible to get through by phone, and no one ever replies to my emails. Their service is shameful and UNACCEPTABLE!
I placed an order on their site which I never received. I sent proof of the Canada Post report. Despite all this, TWO months later, I continue to fight for a refund !!! Unable to call them (no one answers) and they never answer many emails. It's just shameful and UNACCEPTABLE as a service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il y a tellement de beaux t-shirts aux motifs super cutes (licornes, lapins, sirènes, etc) que c’est quasiment difficile de choisir. Les robes sont aussi magnifiques et assorties de jolis cardigans. Il y a présentement des rabais intéressants sur les manteaux d’hiver.
There are so many beautiful t-shirts with super cute designs (unicorns, rabbits, mermaids, etc.) that it is almost difficult to choose. The dresses are also gorgeous and paired with cute cardigans. There are currently interesting discounts on winter coats.

In the month of september I gave them buissness of more than 700 dollars .For one shirt, I lost the receipt and wanted the exchange for 1 number smaller and person was so rude and spoken in a very bad manner as we are thieves and want to rob them by exchanging a shirt.GUESS WHAT at the back side of their receipts ,its clearly written that if we lose the receipts refund is not possible but exchange can be done. Surely , Not coming back here again .They need to fix their rude behaviour
