★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai eu l’occasion de me près en magasin à 2 reprises et j’ai été entièrement satisfaite du service et des produits qui m’ont été offert. Par ce temps de crise sanitaire, je n’ai pas pu me rendre en magasin étant donné que les commerces ne sont pas ouvert mais j’ai commandé quelques produits en lignes et comme en magasin j’ai été satisfaite. J’ai passé ma commande dimanche et mardi mon colis était arrivé. Parfait ;)
I have had the opportunity to get close to the store twice and I have been completely satisfied with the service and the products offered to me. In this time of health crisis, I could not go to the store since the shops are not open but I ordered a few products online and as in store I was satisfied. I placed my order Sunday and Tuesday my package had arrived. Perfect ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il y a un grand éventail de grandeur, tout le monde peut y trouver la sienne. Les soutien-gorges sont assez dispendieux, mais sont de très bonne qualité. Le personnel et patient et donne de très bon conseil, je recommande si vous voulez vous gâtez et vous acheter un sous-vêtement de qualité.
There is a wide range of greatness, everyone can find his own. The bras are quite expensive, but are of very good quality. Staff and patient and gives very good advice, I recommend if you want to spoil yourself and buy you a quality underwear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service personnalisé hors pair. Les conseillères s'assurent vraiment de trouver LA bonne taille de soutien-gorge, ce qui permet d'allier support, confort et look. Ils ont des soutiens-gorges d'allaitement!! Un peu plus dispendieux, mais l'investissement vaut vraiment la peine. Il y a régulièrement des promotions sur achat.
Unparalleled personalized service. The counselors really make sure to find THE right size bra, which combines support, comfort and look. They have nursing bras !! A little more expensive, but well worth the investment. There are regular purchase promotions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je n'y retournerai simplement plus. La lingerie que la conseillère m'a conseillé était vraiment trop grande et mal ajustée, je m'en suis rendue compte rendue chez moi. Le soutien gorge était vraiment inconfortable alors je n'ai pas essayé la culotte, la conseillère m'avait assuré que c'était la bonne taille. Je reviens alors pour un remboursement, mais apparemment c'est impossible dans cette boutique. J'avais la facture, les étiquettes étaient encore sur les morceaux, qui n'avait d'ailleurs pas été portés et seulement le soutien gorge a été essayé. On me dit que c'est partout le même chose, mais chez Victoria's Secret je n'ai jamais de problème.
I will simply stay there again. The lingerie that the counselor advised me was really too big and ill-fitting, I realized at home. The bra was really uncomfortable so I didn't try on the panties, the counselor assured me it was the right size. I come back then for a refund, but apparently it is not possible in this shop. I had the receipt, the labels were still on the pieces, which hadn't been worn, and only the bra was tried on. I'm told it's the same everywhere, but at Victoria's Secret I never have a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai eu une super belle expérience d'achat. La conseillère/vendeuse Samantha était très à l'écoute de mes besoins et super gentille. Elle m'a mise a l'aise rapidement... Ce qui n'est pas toujours évident quand tu es a moitié nue devant une inconnue ?. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.
I had a great shopping experience. The advisor/saleswoman Samantha was very attentive to my needs and super nice. She put me at ease quickly... Which isn't always easy when you're half naked in front of a stranger ?. I would come back without hesitating.
