Very poor selection of ski clothes for men. They had only 2 ski pants. Looks like a great place to shop for women though.

Very bad experience, I’m very disappointed to spend my $$$ there, this is very bad reputation store. I recommend staying away from Decathlon and spend your many at valued business store as Sport Expert, Sail, Mec etc. Good afternoon, today is Wednesday 13 April 2022 At around 10 am I visited your store located in Laval, first my experience at your store was unpleasant and terrible, even if I went there or 2-3 years. I have a problem with a skin condition called eczema on my hands, so I use chlorine-free and alcohol-free hand sanitizer all the time, today your co-worker aggressively attacked me and forced to use alcohol-based hand sanitizer on my hands. I showed him my hands with eczema and explained that is exception for me because of my skin visible problem, I constantly smear them with the cream prescribed for me, I can’t apply alcohol-based products on damaged skin because it’s make my hand’s skin hurt by burning feelings. Your employee in an aggressive manner kicked me out of the store and forbade me to shop there, I explained that I had an exceptional situation and showed him my hands again, to which he replied that he didn’t care and it could hurt, then I demanded to call the store manager. An employee named Antonin introduced himself to me by the fact that he’s the manager of this store, then I asked him the question that if he’s the manager, then he should have knowledge of first aid and that even if eczema is considered a wound, then all the same, funds with the composition cannot be applied to the wound alcohol. To which he replied that he didn’t care and forbade me to make purchases in your store, he aggressively tried to kick me out of the store again, especially since even purel is no longer required at this period. I came from Montreal to buy one item and lost a lot of time for it, but the employee in an aggressive manner continued to kick me out of the store, continuing to introduce himself as the store manager. I apply little purel on the tips on my fingers only, because, I can’t apply this on all my hands, Antoine was continue insulting me, it was outrageous and insulting, I told him that I would complain about his actions, he replied that he didn’t care about it. The Decathlon’s managers stuff has very had approach to their customers, no respect, tolerance, they are not worthy of holding this position, this is a very bad reputation for Decathlon business to having discriminate their customers. Please pay attention to this and view your video surveillance from cameras. I made a call to your customer service, they told me that there is no such director in this store, then I photographed his card on the uniform, this store has this employee who didn’t allow me to talk to the real manager.

I placed click & collect order on 16th. Their website says 1 business day. Its been 4 days still no update on my order. Their phone line is useless. Goes on voice mail. They took my money on the first day. I am not sure what to do next?

A perfect store, very amazing items. Very good prices, a variety of sport items and clothes. You can find great stuff there. Very well organized.

Service is definitely missing. I've purchased a bike from there that had problems since day 1. I was recommended to book a bike repair session. The "book online" is disable, the phone nr is not in use and nobody seems to care at the store. To avoid !

Great store, lots of opportunities to try things out before you buy them. Unfortunately I was there for a bicycle and there was no staff in that section to help me. I waited around for 10-15 minutes and eventually just figured it out myself, but it would have been nice for someone to guide me in choosing a bike and accessories.
