★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn’t have a huge selection of bikes due to the pandemic but I was able to buy one of the few they had on display.
I paid a deposit and it took a little over three weeks for them to put it together for me to pick up.
The staff is friendly and they answered all my questions. We were particularly happy with the young girl who greeted us by the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience ordering online, during what was probably the busiest time for bicycle shops (lockdown leading into spring). Great selection of parts and accessories I needed. Communication was great when an issue came up with an item that wasn't available, and items were shipped quickly. Definitely recommend!

Primeau Vélo sells stuff that is usually very hard to come by in other bike shops.
The staff is very courteous and professional.
