★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great time here visiting with a group of eight. Nadia in corporate reservations helped us put together a great package that fit our needs perfectly. We also lucked out getting Fred as our instructor. We had a arrived a little late due to weather and traffic and he gave us a quick and precise explanation of what we needed to do, and followed up on that with great feedback in the tunnel as well. A+ experience and will likely return to check out their assisted flight experience for individuals with mobility concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to sky diving but can't replace it. Perfect alternative if you are scared of heights. Photo service could be better, not one usable photo of me, and wait time can be improved. There is no use of going 45 mins early, they only take you at appointment time, so why even mention that on the ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went the first day they opened after 2 years of being closed because of COVID. Staff was super friendly and it was a great experience for my kids! We thought we were charged double for a decollage vertical; sent an email asking for clarification and never got a response. After submitting a not so good review, I got contacted and the situation was clarified. I am modifying my review from 3 to 4 starts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited several years ago, and were delighted to come back to the many of the same staff under a new name. This was the first tunnel experience for my kids, and they had a BLAST! Instructors were wonderful, everything ran exactly on time, and we felt well looked after throughout the whole process. We had a minor issue that was addressed quickly and professionally, and despite the hiccup, the way it was handled made the experience even better.
HIGHLY recommended. Go try it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was really fun. We took our 9 year old for his birthday & absolutely loved it.
The only thing I would recommend is not buy photos package on their website in advance, you can do it for the same cost there as well or even cheaper if you choose just 1 or 2 photos.
Sometimes the photos are not good & not worth it at all, like none of my pictures had my face captured.
The staff was really friendly & all instructors are knowledgeable. Felt very safe & was easy even for a 9 year old.
Definitely worth doing it.
