Mauvais service :( de plus le jeune qui travaillait le 12 decembre vers 18heure 30 a dit que je pouvais mentir sur le montant d argents de j avais reçu sur ma carte cadeau Quel manque de respect ! Prochaine fois je vais aller donner mon argent ailleurs ?
Bad service :( moreover the young person who was working on December 12th around 6.30pm said that I could lie about the amount of money I had received on my gift card What a lack of respect! Next time I will go and give my money elsewhere ?

Je déconseille fortement de faire affaire avec la forfaiterie. Nous avons reçu une certificat cadeau de valeur monétaire et l'utiliser s'avère être d'une complexité inouïe. Tout d'abord on nous informe que nous devons transformer la valeur monétaire de notre certificat en un certificat cadeau spécifique de la place où nous voulons réserver. Impossible de le faire en ligne, ou au téléphone, nous devons absolument nous déplacer dans un centre commercial! Les centres commerciaux les plus près sont 1)excessivement difficile d'accès en transport en commun, 2) toujours fermés contrairement aux autres commerces à cause de la pandémie, 3) même s'ils étaient ouverts, un centre commercial est le dernier endroit où l'on veut aller en temps de COVID19. Le service à la clientèle est d'une aide médiocre et inutile, puis surtout non accommodante. Je crains perdre ma réservation d'hébergement à défaut de réussir à échanger mon certificat cadeau de la forfaiterie. Déçue, déçue et encore déçue
I strongly advise against doing business with the package. We received a gift certificate of monetary value and using it turns out to be of incredible complexity. First of all we are informed that we have to transform the monetary value of our certificate into a gift certificate specific to the place where we want to reserve. Impossible to do it online, or on the phone, we absolutely have to go to a shopping center! The nearest shopping centers are 1) excessively difficult to access by public transport, 2) still closed unlike other businesses because of the pandemic, 3) even if they were open, a shopping center is the last place where we want to go to COVID19 time. The customer service is of a mediocre and useless help, then especially not accommodating. I fear losing my accommodation reservation if I fail to exchange my gift certificate from the package. Disappointed, disappointed and still disappointed

I was gifted a prepaid activity coupon via La Forfaiterie. It's nicely packaged BUT it proved to be a nightmare to use. First of all, you cannot go directly to the activity and use this coupon. You have to register it on Forfaiterie website and then, they are supposed to send (via snail-mail!) you smth that can be used at the place of the activity. In the email they said that it will take up to 7 business days to receive it, It has been 3 weeks. I ended up paying for the activity out of my pocket, because it took a lot of efforts to get a group together and my coupon was still not received. Spare you friend/loved one the hassle and just pay for the activity or see if the place offers gift certificates without the 3rd party. When I contacted the Customer Service, I kept being transferred to a voicemail, and the call back took a long time.

I have received a very good service from Sarah ! A person that a recommend strongly if you have the opportunity to go to La Forfaiterie. The spa she recommended to us was the perfect match to our expectations. I would definitely go back :)
