On demande la pointure 40 , il ne dit rien et apporte des 41, mon conjoint les essaie et le vendeur dit est-ce que ça fait? J’ai failli rire, on a dit non c’est trop grand. Deux sandales identiques étaient indiquées à 2 prix différents une 170 $ et l’autre 190 $, je le note au vendeur il dit, elles sont 190 $ mais je vous les laisserait à 170 $. Nous n’avons pas acheté là et nous avons constaté ailleurs que ce modèle est 170$. C’est vraiment raconter n’importe quoi au client. Ce magasin est barré de notre liste. Bon magasinage ailleurs.
 What a bad service, unbelievable. The seller tells us anything thinking that we believe him. We ask for size 40, he says nothing and brings 41, my spouse tries them on and the seller says does it feel? I almost laughed, we said no it's too big. Two identical sandals were indicated at 2 different prices one $170 and the other $190, I note it to the seller he says, they are $190 but I will leave them to you at $170. We didn't buy there and found elsewhere that this model is $170. It's really telling the customer anything. This store is crossed off our list. Happy shopping elsewhere.

We have contacted customer service 3 times already, how is the 4th time going to be different? They will tell us the same thing "it's being processed".
good luck returning items with them online, they will pretend never receiving the item and never refund you. See screenshots. It has been over 3 months and still waiting for a sign of refund. Will never purchase from them ever again.
