★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single time i go to this Nespresso location they always screw up the order. You wait 35 minutes in line to get the wrong coffee’s. Its honestly embarrassing (for you) and disappointing (for us). I’ll definitely be taking the extra 20 minutes drive to a store with a hopefully more organized staff who can actually give us what we ask for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting times don't make sense really. It's supposed to be a more luxurious take on coffee. What's premium about waiting 20-30 minutes to buy something? They dont staff all the registers but Nestlé is a megacorporation with billions to spare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great knowledgeable staff, well trained and personable. Issue is client wait time management, this is their most busiest location in QC if not in Canada. They have to set the example for the rest of the stores and unfortunately they do the opposite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i like to go there to get my coffee pods once a year , im not a big fan but i love nespresso coffee , the women who served us knew everything you needed, some people lack being nice to the people who work there , the line is filled and there is alot of people , she gave me 2 taste of the new banana flavored coffee wich is a limited christmas edition and i cant wait to taste it at home! be nice !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by saying that I like the coffee and the machines. I also acknowledge that many decent people may be working here.
My experience with this store was not very pleasant though. There were no more than a couple of people inside. The guy at the door rudely just stopped us from entering and getting a sleeve. He wanted us to go behind this single guy to whom he was talking and wait. I guess because how dare we try to skip his sales pitch!?
I think this is their sales strategy but they forget that at the age of instant shopping this 1990s technique will almost certainly backfire.
Even being the only game in Lava will not work as people can buy these and competing pods online.
Well I am not going to go there anymore although it's only five min from me.
