β β β β β The service in this Zara is awful. Low personnel eveywhere. I am writing this comment while waiting in the queue to return an article. It is 25 min that I wait and I still have probably other 20 moreβ¦Unbeleaveableβ¦ same thing to pay . I am Spanish and I like to make the forts to buy here but not anymore.

β β β β β Terrible service, everyone is rude, unprofessional, slow and lazy. They give attitude to anyone that asks a simple question and donβt bother with helping anyone whenever they need help. Literally took 40 minutes to exchange an item even though there were only a few people in front of me.

β β β β β I love Zara I really do but they really need to do better with managing the lines, they are way too long it doesn't make you want to even shop there, even though they tried to divide it for returns and purchases only it does not help if there is literally only one person running the cash for each section like what is that?!??! This is a thriving company I'm sure they can find better accommodations

Premises are clean and orderly making purchasing an enjoyable event overal. Service staff helpful and pleasant to deal with.

β β β β β I was the last one waiting in line for the fitting room and the employee didnt let me try anything because they close at 6, it was 5:57 and it was finally my turn. I waited for 15minutes or more. Super unprofessional. Didn't even say sorry properly. Was kind of blonde with glasses and musty looking I believe, definitely musty.
When she came to βcloseβ the fitting room line, I was right there looking at the clothes hanging on the side, patiently waiting for my turn. She didn't even bother telling me the couple in front of me would be the last. I wish I had said something more. Ended up leaving all the clothes in her coworkers hands but really I should've have thrown them at her. At That point I would have saved at least 5minutes of my time but instead she waited till later to rudely tell me they're closing.
Ended up going to the Zara Montreal, downtown and spending 400$ in less time than Iβve spent in Laval waiting in line and getting no customer service.
Never returning.

β β β β β Clothes are amazing, but spending an 1h30 doing the line to the tryouts rooms is to much. Especially with the fact that there was a lot of them free and the staff wasnβt doing anything. Plus, when itβs time to pay another 1h30. I love the store, but the stafff ufff not working

β β β β β Well, for me, Zara it's almost a famous & one of top brands in clothing industry & fashion.
You can find most of the clothing needs there from a child to an adult.
There are some points which I noticed & want to share my personal experience with this store which is located in Carrefour Laval.
1) the lighting in store is not professional and seems dark
2) in my opinion, a lot of mirror inside of the store is not a good idea. For me it was a bad experience of getting dizzy & headache. They have to reduce or remove most of them
3) the still need to decrease the prices of some stuffs or evaluate and consider more affordable prices for low income families

β β β β β It is a better experience shopping on site than on line. Clothing with color and style just in front of your eyes, and you can even feel if the material used is comfortable with your skin and body. If it was not for the pandemic, shopping on site is always preferable. Nothing is more exciting when you feel you are not shopping alone. This place is always full of customers.
