★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there last Saturday to buy cross country equipment. The store looks great and seems to have lots of stuff for a north shore store except employes working on the floor. I did wait 15 minutes to get infos about a full skiing equipment but the employe who was working in that section was alone and he had to run everywhere to serve 4 or 5 costumers at the same time. Huge line up at the cash machine, 2 employes where working there but they have at least 8 cash machine so wth?.... Turns out that I got the equipment at MEC marche central where i got a good service. Unfortunate that i have now a MEC at 2km from my place but i will keep going at mache central to get service next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the same guy, Michel is suppose to be a mechanic, he told me they will give some mechanical clinics in the next few months but is not even able to do the mechanic job properly. He did cut my fork and forgot to install the bearings back in place in the headset. I had to go back there to pick up my parts and I did it myself. He should take some mechanical training before giving some clinics. I am done with them for now and hopefully they are going to have someone who is able to do the job. For the rest the store looks pretty good
