★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Copy center service is awful I ordered some labels for my kid's school supplies and had a mistake twice had to ask them to remake them twice. Wrote a complaint letter to the office and never had a response. That's how much they care about customer satisfaction. Need to get some competition to wake up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use to have excellent staff at the copy center. Unfortunately the good staff is now working in production. The front line staff is very unprofessional and not at all willing to help. I was the only one at the counter, instead of saying hello I got "you're not waiting at the right spot". Again I'm the only one there and they are telling me there is a 1 hour delay with the express fee for an unused large size printer.

They did not have any in stock, only the demo unit.
Instead of offering me a discount, since the chair was used, they tried to charge me 13$ EXTRA "since we have pre-assembled it for you".
Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your typical Bureau en Gros but the employees are very helpful. Went to print some pictures and even if the print system didn't work, the employee took care of it and did it on their own system, making sure the prints came out good. Lots of art supplies too.
