â â â â â I had really high expectations based on their good reviews on Google but the service was terrible. Two guys showed up to repair my washer. I was in the next room the entire time. They spent about 40 minutes looking at it, and then they just left! Without saying a word or explaining anything. I texted one of the guys and he didn't respond, just to ask if the repair was complete or not. No response, nothing. I had to call the main office - waiting 40 minutes on hold. Only then did they tell me that they wouldn't complete the repair. Total waste of my time and really terrible service, I can't believe it. And I had to wait 3 weeks for the appointment, for nothing. The repair man has a duty to at least communicate with the client about the repair, esp if they can't do it. Hard to believe how bad the service was.

â â â â â I recently used Electro-Experts to repair my washer. The technician identified the defective part and will be returning shortly to replace it. The technician was competent and maintained a clean environment throughout his stay. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience and would not hesitate in recommending Electro-Experts.
I also found their website very user friendly as it enabled me to provide a short description of the issue and secure an appointment within 8 days.

â â â â â The service technician was professional and took the time to explain to me the process of the repair & what went wrong initially with my appliance. He also had an apprentice with him so I saw that he was a good teacher. Very kind even when my dog was barking a lot. Would highly recommend.

â â â â â Everything was great. The washer was repaired and works perfectly normal now. The repairman was very polite, pleasant, and efficient. They call before the appointment to notify you of their approximate time of arrival. I'd recommend their repair services.
The only downside is how long it takes to get an appointment (3 weeks delay).

The contact center was responsive and kept me up to date on the spare part status.
I'm giving the business 4 stars just because the spare part was not ready on time during the first sheduled visit which resulted in rescheduling the visit 2 weeks later. Not a big deal but was hoping to get it earlier.
All in all, I'm satisfied with the delivered service.

â â â â â I called Thursday and was given an appointment between 9-5 the next day. The repairman called me that night to give me a 2 hour window. He arrived during that time, didnât track snow into my house, and wore his mask correctly the entire hour he was in my house. Was super friendly and more importantly fixed the problem AND explained the issue and how to prevent the same problem from reoccurring. And because my dishwasher is under warranty it cost me nothing! Highly recommend! Great service! Keep up the good work! Thanks ?

â â â â â The technician was very professional and respectful of us and our home. He also took many health precautions such as wearing a mask and not touching our personal items (asked us to move it instead) unless absolutely necessary.
He was on time and worked quickly.
Something that stood out to me is that when he was speaking, he also addressed me and not just my husband. Technicians tend to speak only to the man and dismiss the woman but I was very impressed with his professionalism.
Would definitely recommend and will absolutely call them for future repairs.
