Took them from feb 26th to apr 8th to fix my tv .. Worst service ever .. No compensation , only excuses saying that the part are not available in Canada when they are on ebay and other website . They were supposed to call to have it delivered when fix and had to call insurance cie and them because no one would contact me to return it . I will never do buisness with them again or any cie stupid enough to be their partner . Hope you close soon . update : their repair lasted one day nice job guys its worse than before

Very disappointed. Not professional service mixed with a lie. 1. Left my Kenwood car DVD with Bluetooth microphone problem (under warranty). It took them a WEEK just to take a look at the item. They came to the conclusion that the item is fully working. 2. So I had to go back and show to the "PROFESSIONALS", where the Bluetooth microphone jack is located, how it works and make test calls, showing them that the item does not work. So in fact, no one checked the item for the mentioned problem, but I was told that item was checked and fully working (1st lie). 3. Finally Capri ordered the parts and in a week, I call them and the answer was: "parts ordered we are waiting for the parts", in 2 and 3 weeks it was the same story, and on the 4th week, responsible person told me that they have all parts and the item is with the technician now (2nd lie). I called Capri again it two days and got completely different answer from a different person that they still were missing one part and the decision about replacement will be made soon, so responsible person lied to me! Therefore, it took 4 weeks of my time and nerves, to get them to this conclusion. I have the rhetorical question: when you are ordering the parts and they are on backorder with no ETA, using simple logic, could 3 weeks of waiting time be saved? Definitely, I'm not recommending this service center!!! At the same time, I have being dealing with Kenwood Canada, and it is another story full of BS (excuse the language). Nobody cares about your problem, had to send tons of emails before I got the answer, had to call so many times and spent so much time to get my DVD back (it took 5 weeks). So you can buy Kenwood product, but after you pay them, that's it, with all your problems you are on your own. It's a good product, but the warranty service you’ll get - IS NOT A SERVICE, it's pain in the a$$ (excuse the language). That is why I won't recommend this brand and Capri.

I had contacted Samsung to have my 75'' tv fixed, Capri contacted me 20 minutes after hanging up with the Samsung agent. They scheduled me an appointment for the following day, which pretty much shocked me to see them (Philippe & Sebastien) show up with the parts in hands, they replaced the mother board, WiFi board and downloaded the latest uodate for the software of my television, repairs were finished within 30 minutes. At first, after reading most comments on google I was pretty iffy having Capri service my television but honestly it has been one of the BEST services I've had so far, so thank you Capri!!

Capri électronique called me directly after I spoke to Fillion électronique about a defective Samsung TV that was still under warranty. They called me the same day and asked what the problem was and said they would order a new panel just in case so they have the part if they need it instead of making me wait longer. They called me a few days later to schedule an appointment. Roy came in and was super friendly, very fast and careful with my property. He changed the panel and the TV was back up and running and on the wall after 45 mins from arrival. Hopefully the repair will last and special thanks to Roy again.

Called to have a Panasonic microwave repaired. They called back to ensure we would be here. The first appointment had to be cancelled because of a car problem, but the second appointment was quickly made. They arrived as promised, respectful, courteous and quick.... and left after verifying that all was working properly.

Service was fast, efficient, the technician knowledgeable. Came to repair a microwave door, it was done in 10 minutes. The receptionist seemed a bit cold telling me I would have to sign responsibility waver if the technician had to uninstall the unit so I was apprehensive, but service impeccable!

Came in to fix tv.. they said they would do it. Haven't heard back... everytime I had to get news on my tv I had to go in person because they dont answer the phone... after waiting over a month i had to go in person (for the 3rd time) just to find out my tv was defective the whole time. I'm sure the owner will respond to this review and I believe that my tv couldn't be repaired.. But I had to go through hoops just to find out that info. There's no excuse for the poor customer service/ disorganization and lack of communication to clients.

Tried to have my Samsung screen serviced. Several issues booking an appointment. They claim to leave messages but none received. First technician agreed that the screen needed to be replaced under warranty. I had to follow up and then they sent a technician who was nice but unprofessional who advised that they weren't going to change it afterall and he press on the screen and damaged it. Now I'm stuck with a screen in much worse shape than when I called. Warning: take pictures before and after they "service" your screen. Otherwise, you'll be out $$.
