They told me to call up to order the item because they did not have it. I called back and they told me they had it that it was rare that they did not give it to me when I went. So once they confirmed they had it I went again waited another 40 minutes and they said they did not have it. What a lack of profesionalism!. Then they took my phine number. Why did not u take my phone number the first time. I wasted my time going yo tthis place! Terrible service. When I asked an explanation the woman said. I dont know what to tell you.

The old lady who stays at the entrance who greet people started to scream at my child and she is very rude and disrespectful. She had no respect for anyone and act like everything is fine even after yelling at a kid and falsely accusing of something he didn’t do. I would never recommend this store to anyone. On top of that after paying for the merchandise they don’t offer a bag and when we were about to go out of the store she calls the girl at the register and asked if we paid or not. Once the girl said we paid she was ok for us to leave. If she want to check people paid or not, act like Costco and ask for the receipt to everyone and this way no one will feel like they are mistreated. Why should she only ask if we paid and not for anyone else? First time being there and definitely be the last time to go there.
