Mauvaise formation des gérants aucun professionnalisme. wow je suis choqué de la manière agressive et le ton de voix. Soit disant leur système de poste ferme à 19h donc si tu arrive à 18h45 ce n'est pas sure que tu passe pour envoyer ta lettre car la madame soit disant elle n'est pas payer après 19h et elle trouve des excuses pour te dire le bureau ferme dans 10min il faut revenir demain et elle te le dis de manière 'méchante et genre casse toi d'icit " Je vous conseille vraiment de revoir vos normes de recrutement car je vois que l'intégrisme et le professionnalisme ne fait pas trop partie de vos normes. Canada Post Office employee very disrespectful behavior very inappropriate no respect for the customer. Poor training of managers, no professionalism. wow i am shocked at the aggressive manner and tone of voice. Supposedly their post office closes at 7 p.m. so if you arrive at 6:45 p.m. it is not sure that you go to send your letter because the lady supposedly does not pay after 7 p.m. and she finds excuses to tell you the office closes in 10min you have to come back tomorrow and she says it to you in a 'mean way and kinda get it right' I really advise you to review your recruitment standards because I see that fundamentalism and professionalism are not too part of your standards.
P	Pavel Ostrovskiy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service épouvantable. Hier (samedi), l'employé ne s'est pas présenté vers l'heure d'ouverture. Le gérant cherchait vite vite un remplaçant. Aujourd'hui (dimanche), c'était encore fermé à 10h (même si sur mon avis de livraison, c'est écrit que l'heure d'ouverture est à 9h). Le gérant a dit que l'heure d'ouverture est à 12h. Très drôle! Terrible service. Yesterday (Saturday), the employee did not show up around opening time. The manager was quickly looking for a replacement. Today (Sunday), it was still closed at 10 a.m. (even if on my delivery notice, it says that the opening time is at 9 a.m.). The manager said the opening time is 12 noon. Very funny!

Donc, la file d’attente pour le service est interminable… parfois au delà de 30 min. C’est beaucoup trop long et ça pourrait s’améliorer en ajoutant 1 préposé. There are 2 counters, yet most of the time there is only 1 employee. So, the queue for the service is endless… sometimes more than 30 min. It's far too long and it could be improved by adding 1 attendant.
