 Family doctor is great! On the other hand, the secretaries offer a service very little courteous.

1. De la misere a gerer les rdv - 2h d attente avant de pouvoir passé malgre Rdv
2.la gestion administrative laisse à désirer ( Systéme téléphonique de prise de rdv défaillant!!)
80 min d attente et toujours personne au bout su fil pour prendre mon rdv.
Inacceptable d avoir recours Ă la technologie et ne pas l'utiliser correctement . C ets bien dommage et trĂšs frustrant !
Very good doctors but
1. Trouble managing the appointments - 2 hours of waiting before being able to spend despite the appointment
2.the administrative management leaves much to be desired (telephone system for making appointments faulty !!)
80 min of waiting and always nobody on the line to take my appointment.
Unacceptable to resort to technology and not use it properly. It is a shame and very frustrating!

â â â â â Ne perdez pas votre temps Ă appeler lĂ pour un rendez-vous. Il n'acceptent aucun nouveaux patients qui n'ont pas de mĂ©decin de famille sur place. Ils disent aussi qu'ils sont ouvert Ă partir de 8h30 mais ne prennent pas d'appels avant 9h.
Don't waste your time calling there for an appointment. They do not accept any new patients who do not have a family doctor on site. They also say they are open from 8:30 a.m. but don't take calls until 9 a.m.

â â â â â Terrible phone system! I woke up this morning at 5:40am and tried to register my child! I did everything the system said AND at the end, it said "no available appointments!" How is that possible? It is suppose to start at 5:45am. How did the get filled? Sans-rendez vous...ya right. You people should be ashamed of yourselves! Honteux. Next election: voting CAQ or PQ.
