G	Gustavo Rock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR WEBSITE! This place is literally a hole in the wall. I thought it was somewhat professional/decent because of their website but no! I really can't speak for the doctors/exams because I didn't even get to that point. First impression as I got in was to run away since it's VERY small, dark, ugly and there's absolutely no privacy from the doctor's office. I decided to give it a chance but after arriving on time and waiting for over 45 minutes, noticing people arriving after me and being called before me I decided to ask the secretary and she was just extremely rude and told me to go somewhere else if I didn't like it, which I instantly did, obviously. Never coming back to this place.

The delays, the lack of communication, the lies you are told when you finally get hold of staff have been driving me insane. I am not sure if it's due to being understaffed and I wish I'd known before selecting the clinic. I am just tired of waiting with no clear and truthful answer from them, especially when my immigration process and life here are at stake.

We chose this clinic because they had great availabilities, we were able to get an appointment a few hours later after receiving the request from IRCC. The process of his appointment was seamless, we have no complaints. However, and this is why I am giving 2 stars, other people in our situation should be aware of the following. It took 15 business days, which translates to 21 calendar days, for the medical report to be sent to IRCC. My husband has no past medical history of any kind; there are no medical reasons to explain this. From speaking with other applicants who went to other clinics, the uncomplicated medical cases take a day or two to review and are sent to IRCC within 5 business days. Moreover, it is impossible at this clinic to speak to a receptionist by phone, you need to either email or leave a message. My husband had to go to the clinic to learn that his application had been sent the same day... For future patients who are in a situation similar to ours, where you have 20 business days or 1 month from the date of reception of the request for medical exam for the results to be received by IRCC, 15 business days is just unacceptable. This is certainly an important factor that should be considered when selecting a medical clinic.

Was scared because I don't speak French but people spoke my language. Tiny and full of people, maybe understaffed: sad because they could use more help i am sure. Anyway ircc received my data and I am grateful for your patience and help. thank you It's not the clinic's fault, but I gave 4 stars because I think government doesn't seem to care to give bigger/better places for immigrants. Looks like the employees/doctor can really use more help, that's all. I'll change my rating.
