â â â â â La nouvelle secrĂ©taire est magnifique et souriante , tout le contraire de lâancienne qui nous terrorisait avec ses cris et ses menaces . Dr Le est un mĂ©decin de grand cĆur et trĂšs emphatique . Je recommande cette clinique .
 The new secretary is beautiful and smiling, the complete opposite of the old one who terrorized us with her screams and threats. Dr Le is a big-hearted and emphatic doctor. I recommend this clinic.

â â â â â j'ai Ă©tĂ© 2 fois Ă cette clinique, la premiĂšre fois s'est bien dĂ©roulĂ© mais la 2 Ăšme fois c'Ă©tait pour ma fille une teleconsultation, j'Ă©tais trĂšs déçu le mĂ©decin ne m'a jamais appelĂ© .
je suis vraiment déçu du service.
I was twice at this clinic, the first time went well but the 2nd time it was for my daughter a teleconsultation, I was very disappointed the doctor never called me.
I am really disappointed with the service.

Mon mĂ©decin m'a envoyer passez des radiographies il y a plus de 90 jours et les rĂ©sultats ont disparu comme par magie puisqu'il ne m'on jamais appeler pour faire le suivi. Je soupçonne que j'ai disparue de leur systĂšme quand j'ai dĂ©cider de ne plus poursuivie un traitement a $140 de l'heure chez leurs voisin le physio... S'il me rappel c'est soit qu'ils auront lu ce message ou que par magie mon dossier est rĂ©apparu...
They are magicians in this clinic. Yes Yes! My doctor sent me in for x-rays over 90 days ago and the results magically disappeared since I was never called for follow-up. I suspect that I disappeared from their system when I decided to no longer pursue a treatment at $ 140 per hour with their neighbor the physio ... message or that by magic my file reappeared ...

â â â â â Aucun professionnalisme. Aucun rappel. Mes rĂ©sultats sont revenus anormaux et pendant 2 mois jâai tentĂ© de les appeler, aucune rĂ©ponse, aucune possibilitĂ© de laisser un message. AprĂšs un courriel, jâai enfin eu une confirmation pour un RDV et poufff! Encore une fois, le mĂ©decin ne sâest pas pointĂ©. Déçue, pas impressionnĂ©e et inquiĂ©tĂ©. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
No professionalism. No reminder. My results came back abnormal and for 2 months I tried to call them, no response, no possibility to leave a message. After an email, I finally got a confirmation for an appointment and poof! Again, the doctor didn't show up. Disappointed, unimpressed and worried. I do not recommend at all.

Jâai demandĂ© poliment Ă la rĂ©ceptionniste si je pouvais voir quelquâun dâautre car ma situation Ă©tait urgente. La personne Ă©tait trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able et mâa envoyĂ© balader en me disant quâils nâavaient pas de solution pour mâaider.
Sans mĂȘme avoir mis les pieds dans cette clinique jâen ai une trĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience.
They call me to tell me that the appointment is canceled, only a few hours before. I politely asked the receptionist if I could see someone else as my situation was urgent. The person was very unpleasant and sent me packing telling me that they had no solution to help me.
Without even having set foot in this clinic, I have had a very bad experience.
